I shopped around and this one is as advertised. Excellent quality. Sturdy and versatile. The rack holds the weight far enough apart where it doesn't interfere with hand placement. You can't do better at this price point and for home use there's no need. Assembly took a while but not difficult. Very good instructions. Parts and hardware labeled for easy identification. For this being for a beginner or intermediate it works great! Still getting used to it but I know it’s going to be a great piece of equipment to have! And the instructions says two person assemble….i put it together myself and I’m as useful as a rusted crested wrench, so if I can put this together than anyone can!! ... show more

The bench is ok and seems nice other than the fact that the dip handles on the back side are pretty useless. I’m not even 200lb and when I try to use the dip handles the whole thing warps and feels like it will break if I put all my weight.
