We didn't just want to design a large trampoline for kids, we wanted to design the best outdoor trampoline with enclosure your kid could ever dream of! Starting from this ambitious goal, the Jumpzylla team reverse engineered hundreds of similar products to understand where we can innovate and what we can perfect. We identified 3 key aspects: Delivery, Safety and, most importantly FUN! JUMPZYLLA - Innovation comes from caring! Every single part of our trampoline design has been carefully considered for your kid’s safety and the product life of your new backyard “fun central”. Perfecting the net meant an emphasis on safety so we decided to add extra high density material between curved poles. The entry point is marked by a double zipper buckle lock. You get a beautifully designed, easy to use luxury ladder with plastic covered steps for comfort. We made the jumping mat extra high density for the best spring and added a PVC Waterproof cover with rust proof coating on the frame and legs to keep the trampoline protected from the elements. The legs are reinforced for ideal stability. Our priority is keeping the safety design elements up to date with 2022 and beyond, we looked at every part of the trampoline. The trampoline is super easy to build and looks great. Everything feels sturdy and secure. Love the rounded poles and the net on the inside of the springs for extra safety. Jumps great. When it was delivered the box was torn and had a hole to no fault of the seller (fed ex did a number on it). One of the leg pieces had fallen out of the box in transit and a foam piece was damaged. I did a LOT of research on trampolines before I made the decision on the 14 foot Jumpzylla trampoline. Best decision! This trampoline is of great quality and I cannot praise enough about the company itself. The trampoline was easy to assemble (two people, first time installers). Everything was great, the trampoline was amazing - great quality, good bounce, safe. Lo and behold, we had a crazy Michigan storm come through and after only having the trampoline for a little over a month, I watched it soar over the fence into the neighbors yard where it hunkered down through the rest of the storm nestled against the tree. (The wind stakes it came with WERE used, however did not withstand the winds unfortunately.) Post storm evaluation - the damage wasn’t near as bad as I’d expected, however the replacement parts showed “Sold Out” on the Jumpzylla website. I contacted Jumpzylla directly through their site, inquiring how I could order replacement parts and explained the situation. A few back and forth emails (great communication), and they sent me a whole replacement trampoline! What kind of service is that?! I was more than willing to pay for replacement parts, but my gosh they went far over and above my expectations - and we are so thankful! You don’t find companies like Jumpzylla these days. The new trampoline is up, and we’ve invested in some very heavy duty (screw into the ground with a drill) wind stakes - just in case our weather decides to do something crazy again. My recommendations are.. 1. BUY THIS TRAMPOLINE 2. Get the “Force Majeure Warranty” through Jumpzylla 3. Invest in some heavy duty wind stakes 4. Bounce away! ... show more

It has been little over a year, since I bought the product. 12 feet. Assembly was simple, was done in about 1 hour, 2 people. Bounce and product quality is good and my kid really loved it. My kid and his friends use it pretty often and have lot of fun !! Personally for me the cost was worth every penny, since I hear kids smiles and laughs every day in summer. All good until now, and here comes the best part......, this is where the companies makes a difference. CUSTOMER SERVICE One of the pole snapped because of couple of kids bumping into it from trampoline. I was trying to find a replacement part, could not find on Jumpzylla website , so contacted thier customer service. I thought since I was out of warranty, the service will try to sell me expensive parts and I was prepared to pay as I like kids to continue to have fun. To my surprise the customer rep asked about problem, how it happened, pictures and details. Once they analyzed it, they recommend a new trampoline as it might not be safe for kids, which I thought was a stretch to be honest. Thought I have to purchase a new trampoline again, but nope, it was on the HOUSE !!! Cannot believe in this day and age, we have a company that values its customers and takes time to know about thier product and continues to improve the product while keeping current customers satisfied. The issue I had was the packaging. When this box was delivered it was mangled and put back together looks like at least twice it opened and was fixed. Some of the boxes with the hardware were open from being mangled. Springs were everywhere. I deducted a star for that reason and that reason only because it seems to be a pattern. They need to get stronger boxes and make it easier for transportation. The trampoline. I purchased the 14ft red & black option for $489. Instructions were easy to understand and it took me about 1.5 hours to put together. I did get help. It is a 2 man job but 1 will do if that’s all you have. It was not hard at all. The trampoline itself it is nice. Easy bounce and could hold me, my husband and two children without bending in too far. The net is average it’s not very thick but it does serve its purpose. I do like the rounded posts. 14ft is the perfect size if you have children that like space when moving around. My son has asd and that was important to me. I think if you have more than one child 10ft and up is your best bet. The protectors of the posts are flimsy I do think I’ll have to replace them after time. I also like the maintenance and safety section it did inform me quite a bit on proper safety measures and maintenance they include. It gave me the option to get a free gift. A basketball net or a sprinkler. I filled out the survey for a trampoline sprinkler. I will come back to let you know if I actually received it. That will definitely make me feel better about the price lol. I will say I do feel it was worth the extra money for a nicer, sturdier, safer and fun trampoline. I did do a lot of research before purchasing a trampoline. Yes you can find them at a fraction of the cost but jumpzylla is the highest recommended for safety. I found it hard to find helpful reviews though because the size was not listed and some people based their reviews on shipping issues with the box being mangled like myself. If you are like me adding multiple trampolines to your cart considering size, price, ratings and taking forever to purchase because you want to shop around. I would go for this one.
