The trampoline is currently in pieces on my lawn because I’m missing several pieces. My kids are so disappointed, I’m disappointed I really hope this gets tended to quickly. I will change my rating once I hear back. This is very inconvenient. Update missing parts were quickly replaced. They were very attentive. Although trampoline was put together yesterday and today the rim is already broken 😞 ... show more

I was skeptical about ordering because the reviews said that one box came up missing in their orders however it arrived sooner than expected and I got all three boxes. Minor gripe that the one of basketball hoops didn’t attach/line up correctly. All in all still great tranpoline
