The massager was made very well. The massaging fingers are located behind a mesh material while the long front straps are a vinyl material. After turning on, I was able to move the massaging fingers to the desired location through the use of the two front arm slings. Far better than the hand massager where you can’t reach certain areas of your back. You are able to move the massaging fingers around to the desired location by yourself without having someone else reaching those hard to get locations. I am able to massage the whole back area with very little adjustment. Pull slightly on the straps to get a more deep intense massage or lighten up to get a lite massage. It is made for the back but it also works on your legs or feet, which is an added bonus. It is USB rechargeable which is a plus and it means that it is portable. I had purchased another one of these that was corded and it makes me appreciate the portability of this model. It has easy to access controls with an automatic shut off. It has 5 speeds and also allows you to reverse the direction of the massage. You can easily change the intensity of the massage by pulling the device down with your hands. Was able to use it until it died(two sessions with whatever battery level it arrived with) but was defective and wouldn't charge. Also has a little bit of a weird smell to it. Works well otherwise if you don't receive a defective product.

My daughter gave it to me for Christmas. I used it for about 45 minutes. Plugged it in to charge it, unplugged it and the inside of the charging port pulled off, completely broken. It worked great though for those 45 minutes, hence the 2 stars.
