The media could not be loaded. My little over 3 year old loves it! Took me about an hour to set it up. The only issue that I had was putting the left and right rear motors in. I had to unpin the back frame to set the motors in right which that was not shown in the instructions. I charged it for about 3 hours after the initial setup. Everything turned green and said fully charged. Has no problem in multiple terrains. Does well going up hills, grass, dirt and pavement. The Bluetooth is very quiet. The reverse is pretty slow. But it trucks along very well and pretty fast going forward. I have to do a speed walk or a light jog to catch up. His legs just make the pedal. Makes it hard for him to keep a consistent speed. We get a good two and a half hours of constant running for the battery. It does not make sharp turns, but he has so much fun taking his little friends for rides. $240 was worth it! ... show more

This stopped working after 3 times with a full battery charge….contacted the company and they immediately sent us new parts…happy that they stepped up to bat!

I feel like I received a defective car, charger light will never turn green to show its fully charged even after 24hrs when it only said max 12hrs. My battery dies really fast. When contacted the company according to them all this was "normal" and keep on going around the bush, didnt really help at all. Speaker you can hardly hear standing next to the car, i know; this is not my kids first car, but this is the worse quality one for sure! They were supposed to send me a new charger, but almost two weeks and havent received nothing. Don't waste your money with tjis company, I was trying to do the right thing and message them first before a bad review but they really didnt help at all. So here I am... second picture car is totally dead but it shows full battery. DEFECTIVE UNIT BUT THEY WONT DO MUCH TO FIX IT. ... show more

We couldn't love this more. It was very easy to put together even with the minimal instructions. We've not had any issues with battery life or remote control use. It drives really well over rough terrain and has a lot of speed! My 3 year old LOVES it. I do think the radio is a bit odd for kids, as my toddler doesn't care and just presses the buttons but we seem to only listen to NPR or Christian radio... odd choices. ... show more

It's an amazing car for a an even better price. Putting it together was a bit tricky. I thought I'd have to take it back after the first step of putting it together bc the front axel that I got was designed backwards according to the company's assembly video but I was able to put it on backwards and it still seemed to work perfectly. Other than that and the poor video instructions it took 3hrs in total to put it together and I absolutely love it!! My two nieces are able to fit in it perfectly with more than enough space for both. One just turned 5yrs old (I got it for her birthday) the other is 3. Honestly I'm jealous at how awesome it looks. I wish I had one when I was there age. The Bluetooth works fine. Music is a bit muffled but it's alright. The battery lasts about an hour on full charge which is fine for me. Highly recommend!!! ... show more

I would like to give this little car a 5 star rating,it is a cute little car, with nice features. However the remote is extremely cheep and my grand babies are young so they don’t drive we use the remote and that really needs to be a lot better and analog would be a much better feature to have on the remote. Haven’t heard back from the seller yet but according to the manual the battery is NOT replaceable, this is not mentioned until purchased, and received. Only mentions this in the manual. We do have the 2 year protection on the car but didn’t plan that it is possible we can’t replace the battery and would require to replace the whole car. Waiting to hear back from the seller on this as it would be a return and refund if this is the case. I really hope not, it is a very cute car and the grand babies love it! ... show more

Had a problem with the car, stopped going forward, but would reverse. Contacted Joywhale support, they asked for a short video of the issue. They decided what the problem was and immediately sent me a part to fix it with instructions. Repair was simple, it's back up and running.
