Seller shipped as expected. Boxes arrived damaged and one was late, but that's FedEx's fault. Don't use FedEx. FedEx is terrible. Thankfully, product wasn't damaged and there were no missing parts. It took me 2 hours to assemble the Jeep. Wasn't bad, just a lot of parts. Only needed to refer to the seller's instruction video once. After using it a few times, the 24v 4x4 has enough power to get up our big hills, which is a big plus for us. Our daughter loves it. Seems like a good mid-range priced option if you need something more than the cheaper $200-$300 ride on's, but don't want to jump to the fancy $700-$1,000 kid ride on's. The car is pricey, but worth it. We really wanted the 24v and 2 seater for our daughter so we got this one. It can easily fit two 5 year olds. We even managed a 4 year old and 7 year old in it. It has two speeds. The slow speed is slower, but not annoyingly slow. The fast speed is pretty fast. My daughter didn't even want to drive on the fast speed for a while until she got more comfortable with driving. Its so fast that when she was driving around a 2 year old, I didn't let them ride on the fast speed because it seemed too intense. There is a radio in the car and its fun to connect our phones to the bluetooth so she can listen to her music as she drives around. When she's driving with the lights and music on the battery will last about 30 minutes. Sometimes when you press the gas it doesn't go immediately and you have to lift your foot and press again. I was really impressed with their customer service though. When moving the car as it was plugged in I accidentally pulled too hard and the charging wire completely snapped. I reached out to the company to see if there was anything they could do, even if only pointing me in the right direction for a charger to buy myself. I didn't expect much because it was my technically my fault, but they were amazing. They responded right away with a couple of possible solutions. I ended up buying a charger they recommended and got reimbursed by them very quickly. The whole process was so easy and I appreciated it so much.     • NEVER BUY THIS CAR - CAR IS MALFUNCTIONING and ABSOLUTE RISK FOR KIDS LIFE

As a parent to a toddler, I bought this car a week back and experienced a life-threatening and worst experience of my life. Issues I experienced: 1. BOX came as an open box re-sealed 2. Contacted support team reporting few parts are missing. ( Later I figured it was misplaced and tied along ) 3. When I assembled the car the charge does not work. However, I have used the charge that has with the car to try it out with the kid as he was super excited seeing this car. 4. After 15 minutes of drive, the car started malfunctioning itself as it speed up on its own even in all three-speed options given by the manufacturer. Car stopped on its own and ran across the road. My kid was about to get hurt today badly and I have just pulled him off of the car. It is a very near disaster. I REALLY DONT WANT THIS CAR AS IT IS LIFE-THREATENING AND RISKY FOR KIDS which could cause a major accident. Attached is the video that I took as evidence. Problem: When you press the forward button or reverse button on the remote, the car does not operate as per the speed options given by the manufacturer. It operates itself and breaks immediately. It crashed three times and I have tested it thoroughly. This problem happened after 15 minutes of the car running time. The car was absolutely fine till the first 15 minutes and after that, the malfunction started. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE PARENTS NOT TO CHOOSE THIS CAR AS IT IS LIFE-THREATENING AND ABSOLUTELY NOT SAFE FOR KIDS. DO NOT BUY THIS CAR IF YOU LOVE YOUR KIDS ... show more

    • Good overall but has some issues

It’s been almost a year that my boys have been riding around in this jeep. I had an issue with the charging cord not working when it first arrived but company refunded me for the replacement. The battery life isn’t the best and seems to be getting shorter as time goes on (max life of 20-30 mins I’d say). The controller stopped working after ~6 months (new batteries didn’t fix issue). Controller did have a bit of lag on it when it was working and there were some issues with sudden stops when using controller. No issues when kids are driving and it drives well in most terrain. Our daughter LOVES this jeep!! She is 1.5 years old and loves to sit in it and rock out to the music! We also drive her around in the car since it comes with a remote. It works perfectly and is great because she isnt able to drive it herself yet so the remote is such a great feature. All of the neighbor friends love to ride in it with her and its such a fun toy to have! Definitely a great birthday or Christmas gift idea! I find that it seats 2 kids very well & they seem pretty secure in there especially since there are seat buckles. I HIGHLY recommend this jeep. Assembly was straightforward following the instructions provided & charging the car is easy to do because you just plug it into the dashboard, unlike our previous car you needed to remove the seat everytime you wanted to charge it. There are a dozen or more "companies" selling these on here. That makes me a bit nervous if a problem does arise. However, there has been nothing but smiles and wonder from kids and adults alike. 5 motors, power steering, radio, led headlights and lightbar, seat belts, car cover, looks cool. AND I can control it with a remote!! Pretty incredible for the price! ****Follow Up***** The charging time for the battery is 6 hours. My nephew weighs 42 lbs. If he rides in this thing with his music playing and lights on, he is getting about 18 mins. of use. With the availability of LiFe PO4 batteries, along with the price I paid, there are definitely ways to improve on this things performance. ... show more
