If you look at the picture that's the head unit I've had for the past 5 years every app works with no issue that's including main 2 apps I use Google meets and whatsapp for video calling nice feature to use while driving being able to video call on the radio it's an android 10 and for this joying to be more updated so called android "12" and non of the 2 main apps I use doesn't work kinda sucks I was going to send it back but I guess I'll keep it because it is sleek and thin but again for certain apps not to work that's bad. No point to message the seller since I already know what they'll say that the meet app is old or something be nice to get couple dollars back since joying was $600 and my 5 year old android is $169 and all apps work yea joying is a disappointment ... show more

Confusing, complicated. Frustrating! Manufacturer site, Support, upgrade and all help related is NIGHTMARE-ISH! CHAOTIC AND REDUNDANT! Not at all keen to help customer. They ask where do you bought it Amazon, Ebay, AliExpress? Then, refer you to ask for help there!!! Imagine calling Amazon and asking them to release Firmware Update for a radio. Now Imagine that for the millions of products Amazon or any other platform sells. In my opinion JOYING FAILED TO FILL THE AFTER SALES for their product, (amongst other key problems that I figured with the product that makes it HARRRRRRRRRRD TO DEAL WITH) THE PRODUCT WORKS, ITS BEATIFUL, LOOKS GREAT. BUT YOU GOTTA WORK HARD TO MAKE IT, YOU GOTTA BE VERY very PERSISTANT AND FIGURE OUT A LOT OF INTRINSEC SKILLS like eletronics AND some CAR MODs, some building stuff; INFO THAT A NORMAL NON TECH SAVY PERSON NORMALLY DONT DO. AFTER ALL THAT, you gotta deal the the FIRMAWARE UPDATE WHICH IS NOT EASY TO FIND OVER A VERY CHAOTIC LIST IN THEIR WEBSITE. AND, IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF IT YET, (LIKE ME) JUST BECAUSE ITS CHAOS, AND THE INFO RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASED PRODUCT ITS NOT THERE, THEY WILL TELL YOU TO ASK FOR HELP WHEREVER YOU BOUGHT IT.
