The media could not be loaded. I have dry coarse thick natural wavy hair. Great combo with Texas humidity. I Bought the shampoo and conditioner from TJ Maxx and saw I needed a balm to complete this trio hair treatment. My hair has been so dry and brittle for a couple of years due to bleaching my hair so I figured I’d invest in my hair some and try this out. I’ve use joico products in the past and they’ve always worked well just a little expensive. I’ve used deva curl but it makes my hair real oily. This balm with the shampoo and conditioner really brought the hydration back in my brittle hair. I see less breakage and not as much hair in the shower! I’ve used it for 2 weeks now and I noticed it is so much easier to style my hair now. I was afraid to straighten my hair for a while just because it had gotten SO dry and tangled. Today I finally straightened it and my hair is so smooth. Love the smell of the balm. I use a little pea size of the balm as like a after style product on my hair and it through my ends or the top layer of my hair where I’ve bleached to add just a little bit more hydration I love joico. My sensitive scalp does not break out when using. Another perk. I have high maintenance hair that’s in recovery . It finally feels manageable after using this product ... show more

I been using this product lin for months. I stop for two weeks and notice the difference between using it and not using it. Using it makes my hair more manageable and soft. This was my favorite conditioner. It was the only one that moisturized my hair and made my low porosity 4c curls pop. My hair would be soft. I could never find a conditioner that works like this. But now I bleach my hair it no longer takes as my hair is now high porosity.

I love the thickness it has is stick to your hair. It also smells really nice. After the second use, my hair has been silky and shiny without adding any product. It’s the best conditioner I’ve used in a long time the texture of my hair is thin, kinky curly with a lot of volume.

Excellent detangling cream! A little goes a long way so the high price isn't so terrible. I apply in shower - let sit about 10 minutes then rinse OR apply about an hour before washing my hair. My hair hasn’t been this soft and shiny in years. Even down to the ends which had previously been damaged by coloring. My hair used to get frizzy when I let it air dry, but there’s no more frizz now.
