you need to screw the lid on really tight and then twist it- it’ll pop the pump right out! Thought it was broken before i looked it up. Tried this on ginger-blonde hair (like a level 6.5-7) was super brassy, and it actually did help. I only left it on for a few minutes but will leave on for longer next time. Very impressed with the size of this bottle, it’s huge! Lots of product! The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because the pump was broken 😞 if the seller sees this, can you please send me a new pump?

This product works well and smells nice. A lot of product was lost inside the box. The shipping box was not damaged. The metal bottle must have been punctured prior to being prepared for shipment. I would like to get a replacement item but I do not want to prepare the damaged item to be shipped back. Hopefully, i will at least get a few uses of it. ... show more

I love this conditioner but am extremely disappointed in the lack of care for product shipping protection. The conditioner bottle came in a sealed plastic bag that was placed in a small box (without bubble wrap or other protection) that was shipped inside a larger box (again, without packaging protection). The conditioner bottle and sealed plastic bag arrived covered in conditioner. The conditioner bottle pump/dispenser was unlocked and a considerable amount of conditioner was lost (photos 1 and 2). I also purchased the shampoo, which arrived in the same condition (photos 3 and 4). In terms of the conditioner itself, it works very well and has a nice fragrance. Its creamy texture loosens tangles and leaves hair feeling silker. I purchased the small size bottle (8.8 oz) several times but like the conditioner so much that I decided to set up a subscription for the large size bottle (33.8 oz). I'm not one to leave reviews but listen.... I didn't expect much. So I just wet me natural brown hair and did a mask then showered washed with clarifying shampoo and left it on again in the shower a little bit washed again with clarifying shampoo and used my normal conditioner. Omg! In the sunlight my hair looks almost dyed like that deep redish box kit. When it's not in the sunlight it just looks really dark brown but I hate the red hues this cooled it completely down. Literally no trace of it. I can't open the pump of the bottle LOL so I had to just dump it in my hands and this is a can for whatever reason? So you can't squeeze it. It's also smaller than what the picture looks like but if I were smart I would look at the ounces LOL That's literally my only complaint but it works very well especially for the price! ... show more

My daughter needed help with her hair and she only uses heat to dry if it is bed or have somewhere to be but this has helped with tangles. Her hair in 1 wash I could tell the difference. Hydrates and works well.
