The unit looks and works great. Love to be able to move it up/down when needed to keep the GPS map effortlessly visible for long drives. Apple Car Play is flawless and the size of the map is really good. My only complain is the external microphone quality is not as good as the head unit or my previous 10yr old Sony. Everyone I call complains my voice sounds like coming from a transistor radio or a walkie talkie. I will contact Jensen for support. It is also annoying a user manual with a troubleshooting section is not included in the box. Only a quick setup guide that invites you to download the manual from their website but the website says it is "Coming Soon". Seriously??? ... show more
