Fit perfect. The right elbow pad seems to rest perfectly on the elbow/forearm but the left side kinda protects the outer elbow and forearm... not sure why. I ordered a size smaller for that perfect compression fit and I'm extremely happy with it. I use this weapons martial arts (polycarbonate blades) and it does its job very well. it fit just fine except at the bottom it was ultra tight! idk why they thought making the xl to cut of your circulation at the bottom was necessary but it certainly wasn't. also the padding was very small for an XL. Like this padded sleeve, very comfortable and breathable, only reason why is not a five star is because it doesn’t have padding in the back and I would have loved that, other than that it’s good. Padding protection is not a big deal but is not that bad. Used it once or twice to play paintball with some friends and offered good protection thus not hurting or barely feeling anything in padded areas, this doesn’t apply to un padded areas. ... show more
