We bought these after my son was issued the wrong size through his sports team. They are great shoulder pads, fit great, easy to adjust and are size correct. 8/9year old 95lbs. 55in tall. We got the 80-110lbs. I took one star off because they don't lay flat in back and I figure that is a matter of breaking them in but that was even after proper adjustment.
