The media could not be loaded. It does leak a little after a while we use it everyday we have to change it every 3 days the pulley does get a little stiff we had it for a month I like how you put the water in the top and it stays for over 2 weeks depending on what you use it for we only use the water for number 2 so it lasts us a little longer it does get pretty heavy the bottom half of the tank it is very easy to clean even with a regular scrub brush for a toilet it has a nice feel when you sit on it it's very comfortable to my family it feels a lot better than a regular toilet when you pull the handle for the water you can't pull too fast because else platter on the outside so you have to go slow it is a little low for men especially at night but overall it is a good buy ... show more

This was exactly what was pictured and I ordered. This has a different type drain that allows me to connect inside to an internal black holding tank with a couple of hoses and clamps. A Happy Camper

I believe the leak comes from the fresh water tank. It does not have enough space in the front of the seat for a seated male. Other than those two issues it's ok. The leaking is my main problem
