Product seems to work well. The problem I am having is I cannot reset when I change the filter. I have pressed the filter/sleep button for 3 seconds & there is no beep. The filter life still shows __ (2 dashes) As I see it how will I ever know if I really need to change the filter and will it stop working completely when it gets to zero dashes on filter life? We don’t have pets and I dust & vacuum at least once weekly. I also vacuum the filters weekly. There’s only 2 living in the household so I don’t think I really need to change it that often but in 11 months I’ve used 3 sets of filters. If I can’t get it to reset I’m wasting money for sure. No response from Jafanda. I did email them through the website. My air quality stays in the green zone always unless I’m cooking a lot. Then it may go to blue but quickly back to green so it’s doing what it’s supposed to at this point. ... show more

Good size for a large bedroom. This will take the oder out of the room. It works very well. I would like to get one that is bigger for the kitchen and living room. The controls are easy to use and it is fairly quiet. I would buy another one especially for the price.

I recently purchased the Jafända Air Purifier, and while it has some notable strengths, I find myself conflicted about its overall effectiveness. First off, the positives. The Jafända is impressively quiet, which is a big plus for those who value a peaceful living environment. Its lightweight yet sturdy build makes it easy to move around as needed, providing flexibility in placement. However, my main concern lies in its purported air purification capabilities. Despite running it consistently, I haven't noticed a significant improvement in air quality. I still wake up with my regular headaches, suggesting that it may not be as effective as claimed. One glaring issue is its performance when confronted with high levels of air pollution, particularly when frying. The fact that the air pollution monitor spikes to 185 is a cause for concern. This raises doubts about its ability to handle more substantial air quality challenges. It excels at keeping low-level pollutants in check, maintaining readings below 10. However, for those dealing with persistent dust and allergens, it may not deliver the desired results.
