    • It works but multiple steps

First off let me say that tech-support is amazing. I was doing something wrong and could not get this to work easily. It would print out two or three ways two or three labels and then stop had to restart too many steps and too much waste. But tech-support figured it out right away and now, it prints as it is supposed to. Not too happy that you have to save your label to Files and then send it over to the shipping app and from their print but it works. That’s all that I care about truthfully I keep buying Jaden products just because of their amazing tech-support. ... show more

I’m actually really impressed with this for the price. Because it was so much cheaper than similar printers of different brands I was a bit skeptical but it works exactly as I hoped and it makes good labels. I feel like the print quality varies by label which feels more like the labels fault than the printer. Love the color and setup was easy. It fits great on my desk and is portable which is also very nice. You will need to use your own programs/software to create labels. Both gimp and canva have worked well for me and you can find free templates all over Google or buy some on etsy if you don’t want to make your own designs. ... show more

Purchased and set up was easy but it wasn't printing. Contacted support they were super helpful and it was operator error as to why it wouldn't print. They helped correct issue and I am printing away.

Connected to phone quickly via the app (iOS). Was having difficulty with the printed label's size so I contacted customer service for assistance. Left my number for a call back and phone call was returned within 15 minutes. Service assistant talked me through the steps and my issue was remedied with a couple of clicks.Turned out that I needed to change the setting from website from which the label was sent. I got this to print labels for my small business and it works great, it’s Bluetooth so I don’t have to Use my laptop or computer all the time I can print straight from my phone. The only downside is that even on the highest intensity it can be a little streaky or blotchy, but it gets the job done and I’ve never heard any complaints. ... show more
