I’m type 1 Diabetic and I use this honey to bring my Blood Sugar up. 95% of the little packages are useless because the honey inside is hard and just a solid crystallized lump. These have been fantastic in every way...taste, convenience, the energy boost; they really check all the boxes for me. I want to address the crystallization that I saw in a lot of reviews. Please understand, this is exactly how honey behaves. Honey doesn't expire. If your honey products crystallize or solidify, just find a safe way to heat them up and you'll be fine. For these packets, maybe leave them out in the sun for a bit or use a hair dryer to warm them up. Do this before your run. ... show more

These were purchased for a tea party bridal shower to add to a parting gift mug. I am not a fan of honey but these little packets are so cute and packaged in a very sturdy cardboard type material. Others said the honey was very good and they were very easy to use.
