Fake honey, don't buy! I am from Eastern Europe, I grew up on buckwheat honey. This is some Chinese rice syrup or whatever but NOT buckwheat honey! I left it in the fridge for 3 days. Did not crystalize at all! Usually real buckwheat hone would crystalize, at least partially, within couple of hours in the fridge. ... show more
