    • Worst paydirt on the market.
The product is honestly one of the worst on the market. For the amount of money I spent I was hoping for at least a half gram of gold but I barely got over a 1/10 of a gram for over 70+ dollars I spent. I understand that a company has to make a profit but this is highly unacceptable. I advice that no one buys this playsand with a few flakes of gold unless you like getting scammed. If you are new to gold panning I’d suggest better companies like lynch mining or Goldbay where you have tons of fun with a guaranteed amount of gold. I’d rate this a 1/10. ... show more

For paying for one and a half grams of gold, I expected at least close to a gram. Instead I got .31 grams per bag I ordered. I usually prospect on my own, but a co-worker wanted to learn panning for an impromptu trip. I bought him these bags so he can learn, instead we learned that there are far better pay dirt bags out there that give you your money’s worth. My advice? Stay off Amazon if you want to buy pay dirt. I got this for a cub scout outing so the boys could pan for gold on a camping trip, I didn't expect to get rich. I did expect for them to find at least a little gold flake. what they did find was so tiny it was almost impossible to pick out of the pan. Save your money, instead buy a 5 dollar gold pan and let the kids sit by a creek and pan. ... show more

A buddy of mine introduced me to this, and I'm hooked. I was shocked how much came from the bag. I'm a novice, so, I'm sure I missed a little. Heck of a lot of fun for the family. The gold is the bonus!! I'll definitely but more of these.

Upon receipt I was disappointed in the size and weight of the package. Package weighted in able 7.2 ounces. I was totally surprised with the out come. With every spoon full I found gold. The last couple of spoon fulls I found several pieces of chunky gold. I will buy again.
