I have a Google pixel and it usually charges super fast. This charger doesn't charge it fast, but it KEEPS it charged. I took it to Boston with me where I would be out of my hotel almost all day and my phone never died. I was taking pictures, ordering Ubers, using maps and playing Pokemon go too, so it's not like I just wasn't using my phone. I was worried from other reviews saying it dies fast but mine never died in one day. The product came fast, was very user friendly and self explanatory in terms of how to use it. What makes me sad is that though it does not take a long time to charge the product itself, it does not have the charging power nor charging life I expected from it's reviews. I have a Samsung Galaxy 21 S+ whose port I take care of and my phone lets me know the charging power whenever I plug it in. With this product, so far it has been working (which is good; if your phone doesn't detect it, just reset the charger and then plug it in again), but it either gives my phone barely a charge or is "slow-charging," at most giving my phone a 10% boost if I don't need to use it. I was expecting at least twice that much power and never expected to see it slow-charging, but it is small, simple technology and I suppose it is useful in a pinch in terms of booking digital travel. I was really hoping I could use this to help me navigate when I travel but it just doesn't have that kind of power. Forget about using it to do quick work. ... show more

I purchased this because I thought it would be handy to be able to carry a charger without a cord attached when I need it. It definitely does that, however, it will only charge your phone once, then you'll need to recharge the unit.
