I purchased this to install on my dump trailer. I was a little worried that it may not hold up when I received it but I thought for the price I’ll give it a go. Glad I did as it works well. It has more than enough reach with the remote for my use. The only thing that I will say I wish was different was the battery in the larger remote is an odd size. It may be hard to find a replacement when needed. It would be nice if this was a standard AA OR AAA, just something common. ... show more

LIKE - Operates as advertised. I was going to replace wiring and control module for my snowplow and ran across this gizmo. Like wow, minimal extra wiring to buy and run, no $35+ controller to buy. Works in and out of vehicle for maintenance and adjustments. Cost and function - GREAT. Dislike - other units at similar price have a keychain remote WITH a protective cover. This unit has the extra keychain remote, which is really cool, but does not have the protective cover. While this does not concern me while I'm using it, it may be a concern if there are others in the vehicle and inadvertently activate the unit. Just a thought to consider. ... show more

I had a friend install this for me and it works good. My only issue is that the small key chain remote isn't reliable, sometimes it doesn't work. But the other one works good.

Did not work for me. I connected power leads but receiver would not process signal from neither for the two remotes. If you hook up 12v+ and Ground you should hear the module click when it receives signal from remotes. That was not happening at all. It's as if the remotes belonged to another device. No function at all. Ordered a different model. Its a gamble with these inexpensive wireless remote controls. Try it, but before you commit your connections, TEST IT.
