Features

  • [Product material]: Advanced Carbon Fiber Filament Printer Filament with the advantages of "light and strong". odor free, anti-static. Carbon fiber filament Compared with PLA, stronger toughness, higher strength and rigidity, brittle feel, low shrinkage, high fluidity, suitable for printing industrial products;about 10% carbon fiber content
  • [PLA Filament Features]- Forming without warping, clog-free, bubble-free and easy-to-use, smooth and delicate, accurate color, less entanglement by machine winding, strict quality inspection, to ensure that the PLA filaments are neat and easy to feed. with excellent layer adhesion, and easy support removal, and works perfectly with most FDM 3d printers on the market;
  • Recommended Printing Conditions- The Printing Temp is 200C-240C (depending on the printer model)which is wider than typical PLA, Printing speed: 40-130mm/s. Hot bed temperature: 45 60C;
  • Sealed Package- Carbon Fiber Filament will be dryed for 24 hours before packaging, then packed with Vacuumed Sealed. Since the PLA filament is easily damp, please store it in a resealable aluminum foil bag after opening to maintain excellent printing performance;

  • Great looking
Color: Glow Multicolor, Green, Blue and Blue-green
Make sure you dehydrate your filament. This stuff prints easy if you dry the filament, though I did have some breaks. That said, it is quite brittle compared to normal pla, but the finished product is beautiful. For best effect, use a LED light on it for a bit to "charge" it up, then turn off the lights and it will shine bright ... show more

  • Such a beautiful and vibrant glow!
Color: Glow Multicolor, Green, Blue and Blue-green
Arrived on time and safe! The packaging was wonderful and I am thankful for the anti moisture packets wrapped in with the filiment rolls separately instead of being thrown in the box. I am in love with how vibrant each of them are and they glow for a longer period of time compared to a few other brands I have already tried! The price is great and the quality is even better! I definitely and highly recommend! I absolutely do plan on ordering more and more than likely quite a few others from this line of filiment! ... show more

  • Decent Filament, Cool Surface Texture
Decided to give this stuff a try. I had heard of CF-PLA having adhesion issues. I would say it doesn't stick as good as regular PLA, but stuck well enough to print a Benchy without a brim or raft directly on my PEI Plate heated to 60 degrees. I ran a couple temp towers with it and found that it does not like to bridge well. However, your results may vary, I tried it with a stock Tenlog TL-D3 Pro, which only has 1 sided cooling. Its possible that more cooling could benefit. I did notice it like to curl on steep overhangs, again, maybe something that could be fixed with more tweaking. I plan to keep testing different fan settings and see if I can get it fixed. If I do, I will update my review with my finding. Surface texture was great, love the matte finish. Prints felt very rigid and strong. I was able to put a lot of force on the temp tower before it snapped at a layer line. Filament itself is very brittle. It snaps very easily. I recommend using a direct drive system to help eliminate any snapping issues. This was not due to moisture as some may think. I took it directly out of the vacuum bag and started my tests. Overall, I think this is a good filament, just maybe not for the beginner with a bone stock Ender 3. ... show more

  • You have to Love the GLOW!
Color: Glow Green
With my very first 3D printer, I could only print with ABS. At that time, I frequently printed in a Glow ABS. Kids just seem to be really intrigued by Glow-in-the-Dark items and it was a big seller back then. I have looked for PLA in a glow for quite some time and the only items I found were way to over priced for my tastes. Then I stumbled across ISANMATE's Glow in the Dark Filament and decided to give it a go. When the box arrived and I opened it, I saw the same quality packaging that I always see in ISANMATE's filaments, solid box with a nicely vacuum packaged roll of filament. Removing it from the package only took a few minutes and it was set to print. I really appreciate the quality of the spooling of the filament. Nice even rows of filament shows that ISANMATE takes the time to get it right the first time. I normally do a test print, without running a Temp Tower, just to see hoe the filament prints with "Standard Settings" The Benchy printed beautifully on my MK3s. Once the print was done, I let the print sit in the bed and cool and soak in the light. Then I turned off the lights to see how well the glow would show. Some filament I have tried in the past, had a very low glow and it was difficult to take photos without adding some additional light. Not so for this filament, these photos are straight from my phone. There is a little bit of stringing visible but a few extra degrees of heat will fix that and then these will be perfect. The last image is what 3D printing is all about. Our old Christmas tree star died and we had to buy a new one. The star came with a terrible mount that looked like it was made from the top of a milk carton. as tall as our tree id, the star would never fit on top with that stupid mount. I took the mount from the old star and testid it. The "Chip Clip" design is great and allows the star to be mounted lower on the tree and that way it clears the ceiling. The mount had a green tube on top that fit the old star but didn't fit the new one, it was bigger. After 15 minutes of time in the modeling software and 30 minutes of print time and the new star was on the tree. The glow filament isn't as white/white as the star but buried in the tree, you'll never notice. All in all, I have come to like ISANMATE's filament and the price is very hard to beat. If you need to GLOW, give this filament a try!! ... show more

  • Uneven and inconsistent dual extrusion and poor winding
Color: Gold+red,red+green,blue+silver,bronze+si...
The dual extrusion is so uneven and inconsistent that the prints look terrible. The unevenness (where it's more of one color than the other) causes the print to not have a side that is clearly one color. For other brands of dual extrusion filament, when you spin the print around, you can clearly see, for example, one side is red and the other is blue, and there's a transition between the colors for positions in between. For this one, one side was clearly gold and the other was silver and gold. The inconsistency (where it's not the same ratio throughout) causes the color changes to vary even from a single point of view. So looking at a single side, some layers are gold and some are silver, but it's basically random which layers are which color. This has the effect of the looking like the colors bleeding into each other without a smooth transition. The two poor effects together simply made the print look like it was originally one color and I accidentally spilled something on one side, staining it the other color. Because of these reasons, I only use the remaining filament for prototyping or parts that are not usually visible. Even this was hampered by poor winding. The filament seems to have been wound poorly causing the filament to tangle, which then prevented my printer from extruding the filament. This lead to prints that stopped putting out filament, but since the filament was still in the runout sensor (though not moving), the printer never stopped. This ruined a number of prints until I had to just rewind the filament myself onto a new spool. As a filament, it was fine, but for filament that's relegated to prototypes and hidden parts, I definitely overpaid. ... show more
