I rock myself in front of my fireplace and it is not too long before I am very calm and relaxed. Very comfortable, perfect size for a man like myself of average height and weight. No noise, sturdy, beautiful color and quality fabric. Only two complaints I have was the smell when I first got it but after two weeks of having it it is completely gone. I have had the chair for almost a month now. The other is the back pillow has wrinkles because it needs to be fuller. I have fixed that problem by unzipping and stuffing it with cotton batting. Note- I turned the legs around so that my 5’1” self could reach the floor and rock better (I saw another reviewer suggest this), and it works great! I love the lumbar pillow and the arms of the chair. I'm 5.5 inches tall and 200 pounds. Just had a vbac and super comfortable even with healing. Easy to install, love the pockets for lotions, remotes and pacifiers. Perfect even in small spaces, easy to move around, love the rocking. The pillow looks a little wrinkled but it's so relaxing! I use this chair for nursing, pumping, watching shows, and my toddler climbs up in it safely. My husband is 250 and 6 foot 2 and he finds it perfectly comfortable as well. Rocker is comfortable to sit in and looks good, but the base of the rocker leans back too much, even when I’m not sitting in it. Im a short person, 5’2 to be exact, and when sitting in it my feet do not sit flat on the floor. I bought this because it had great reviews and I needed a rocking chair to rock my baby, this is NOT a good rocking chair. If you’re a regular height person anywhere from 5’2” to 5’9” your feet will never touch the floor, forget about it. You have to be a giant to sit comfortably in this chair. Secondly, when you get up out of it the chair tips over backward so easily.. you’ll have to pick it up off the floor every time you want to sit back down. Thirdly it’s not comfortable. It’s poorly made the back doesn’t fully seat to the arms so there’s a huge gap and the cushions are not at all soft, extremely hard and poorly made fabric. Not soft or inviting in any way. I would not recommend any bit of this chair to anyone. I wish I could return it but I put it together and tried to give it a chance. It’s terrible. Do not purchase!! ... show more

This chair is so comfortable, I wanted a soft, comfortable rocking chair to rock my grandbabies in and it is perfect. I had it put together and my kids were rocking in it for Christmas.
