Loved the product at first , looks great , quiet, easy to set up. Was very happy with the purchase until I woke up the next morning with water damage on an antique table and hardwood floors. The arms are too low and an hour after startup, all the water went over the edge. Just to prevent this, I had to fashion a makeshift rubber wall. A week and many coats later it finally doesn’t run off but at what cost? Very unhappy , wanted it to work so bad but in the end it just wasn’t worth it. ... show more

The first time item was assembled it didn’t work. Packaged it up to return and seller says I have to pay to return item. Then says send them a video of it not working? Had to unpackage item again and this time finally started working with very loud motor. Seems like complete garbage but not worth returning if I have to pay for shipping. The media could not be loaded. Item seems to have been glued before. Water comes out of the container. No matter if you regulate the water level, it always spills apparently because of glue around water dispenser. Disappointed!
