    • Fantastic family-friendly fun
I thought this would very fun to play with and I was proven right. This is such a unique toy that allows for multiplayer use. One person takes the red car while the other gets the blue. It turns into an exciting and engaging game for our family to enjoy. This is particularly great for young children to play with. Even though, as an adult, I have fun with this, it would brighten up a kid's day to play this. I'm not sure why this was but I had an issue connecting the cars to each remote control. I did as instructed and the blue one would not connect to a remote. I'm not sure if this will be of help to anyone but at least for our item, we needed to turn on the red and connect it with a remote and follow that up by turning the blue car on. Again, super confused why this happened but perhaps it might be of help. to someone. As a separate note, I reached out to the vendor and they helped with troubleshooting. One thing that they told me that might be important is that each remote is not connected to any one car. You can use either depending on which remote you turn on first. ... show more

    • Grandkids Love Them
My grandkids love to play with these and race around the room with them. They laugh when one of them bumps the other and makes the driver pop out. They are young, 3 and 6, so I have them set on low speed. When they get older I'll set the speed to high. The remotes are simple enough for them to use. My only complaint is that they're not rechargable and they do eat the batteries so have a good stock on hand. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Lights, music and smashing cars, fun times ahead! I picked these bumper cars up to use at our family vacation. The cars come fully assembled and are larger than I thought measuring 4.5”W x 6”L x 3.25”H. I charged the batteries using the 2 included charging cables. The included rechargeable batteries can only be charged when removed from the cars. You will need a USB-A power supply to charge the cars and 4 AA batteries for the 2 controllers. With the controllers you can turn music on, change low/high speeds, left/turn, forward/backward. The cars have head and rear tail lights that glow. To eject the driver you must run your car into the side of the opponent’s car. A spring is used to eject the driver, but they do not fly that high. These go pretty fast and far so I found that the best way to use them is to limit them to a room or build a bumper car arena using pillows or anything else that keeps the cars in a more confined area. Otherwise, it takes to long to bump cars and declare a winner. They stayed powered up for a good while and charged in a couple hours. These are supposed to be for our almost 4 year-old twin grandchildren, but I admit that grandpa 69 years old and grandma that would be me 68 year-old had a really good time playing with these. The quality of these toy bumper cars is excellent. Add the batteries to the remote. The other part to the cars is provided. It is a chargeable battery. They are lickety-split fast so it takes some time to get accustomed to the remote control. Once you do, you’ll figure forward and backward, and turning it around things like that until you get to ram the side of the other car and the little man that you snapped into the seat which is easy to do will go flying and he yells weee. I’d say the only drawback is the grown-ups are not going to relinquish the remotes to the children. By the way, grandma won.! ... show more

once i got this toy, i've been thoroughly impressed with its performance. The build quality is solid, with durable materials that can withstand crashes and rough play. The controls are simple, offering precise steering and good speed. it includes two rechargeable batteryies for each car, and the battery life is decent, providing enough playtime on a single charge. It requires some practice to get familiar with its speed and direction control, so it may be challenging for children under 5 years old. I could not resist ordering these RC bumper cars for my 2 grandsons who will be visiting and staying with us for a time. The set comes nicely packaged and would make a great gift. All the parts/pieces were wrapped and I did not want to take away the fun part of opening this set from my grandsons. But from what I could tell, the cars and drivers are very well made. The cars come with rechargeable batteries but you will need 4 AA batteries; 2 for each remote. I love that this comes as a 2-pack; no need to worry about ordering an extra. I will update the "fun level" when the boys arrive, although looking it over, I believe it will be a winner! ... show more

So much fun! It's like bumper cars meet rock em sock em. You bump into each other and the characters pop out of the car. Easy to control and the remotes work very well. Quality of toys are good and the sounds are clear. Brightly colored and eye catching, provides hours of fun.
