When I built the new under-stair kennel for my dogs I searched Amazon (and other vendors for beds that were quality, comfortable and fit the kennel. The two main beds were easy, but the extended bed in the back was much harder. Fortunately I found this bed that dropped perfectly into the area at the back of the right kennel. These are terrible and definitely not worth the money. I had to buy 6 at once. I thought I would save a few dollars over the Midwest brand, that I have purchased previously. No comparison. First- the smell. As soon as you open the shrink wrapped bag, a wave of chemical smell is released. I had to wash them right away. Out of the dryer, on cool, the stuffing bunched up so much around the areas where the top is sewn to the bottom that the whole bed was about 1 1/2 inches smaller in all directions. The beds were for puppies and I had already washed them, so couldn’t return them. After about 4 cycles of laundry, you can see the plush part of the top. I wish I would have stuck with the Midwest brand. Instead of saving a few dollars, I threw away the cost of 6 of these cheap imitations. ... show more

Bought this for my dog who never chews anything and she destroyed it within 24 hours. It was very soft, like a plush toy which i think is why it attracted her so much to tearing it up. It was very flimsy and not well constructed, and parts of it lacked filling so she may as well been laying on the ground. In my case it was a waste of money. ... show more

I only gave this product 3 stars because it did not meet my needs. HOWEVER, this dog bed is very well made and very plush. What I need is a flatter “mat” to go I side of my dog’s crate for a 10.5 hour plane ride to France. While I want my dog to be comfy, this dog bed would have taken up too much room in his crate. It comes shrink wrapped, but once you open the plastic it’s wrapped in, it poofs right up and is quite thick. If I didn’t need more of a mat type dog pad, I would have kept it... ... show more

My cats all love laying on this. I put it at the bottom of their cat tree and one of them is usually sleeping on it. I have washed it in the washing machine at least twice and put it in the dryer as many times and it's holding up very well. Im considering getting another one.

Great crate pad. More padded than most and looks a lot more expensive than it costs. I use them for foster kittens at adoption events and this has worked out perfectly. Unfortunately due to COVID those are now put on hold, but my personal cats are enjoying using it like a bed. Lol.

I bought 2 of these for my dogs. They each tore a hole In one the first day! Actually the first 10 minutes!! This fabric is not durable at all. They both like to make a comfy space by digging and biting a few times and this just ripped that quick!!
