I have owned a few different seat cushion massagers. This is the most expensive and most intense one I have owned. Unfortunately, it is too intense for me to enjoy. Basically, it has all the bells and whistles, but it is like too much of a good thing. It attempts to massage every part of you from your neck to your head to your sides all at the same time. It is pretty narrow, but I am a thin person. Unfortunately, for my bony body structure, it means feeling hard rolls all over me, including in some not so welcome places. It was not relaxing.     • Made for narrow people.
There's some I like about this and some I'm not too fond of. The compression wants to squeeze me too much, like as if I wasn't so wide and my body was more narrow. It also goes into a mode where it just shoves me side to side. Unfortunately I don't know how to turn that part off when I want it to do a full body massage. The shiatsu and the rollers are nice, but you'll want to have a small pillow between them and you as it can get painful otherwise. I didn't notice the heat working at all. I was not expecting this to be as good as it is! It really digs into your back and neck and it feels amazing! I'm not a fan of heat settings on massage devices so I can't say much on that, but it feels amazing and the air compression works well!     • Overall, It is a fair price / good quality massager seat cushion
I am 150 lbs, 5 feet 4 inches. The width for me is perfect, but the head part is too high for me. My head can not reach to it, the massager touch my back head instead of my neck. It is hurts. Otherwise, It is a easy to use handheld remote seat cushion massager.

Well, compare with those massager chair (which may costs 1k+), this one is pretty good. Although you need a decent normal chair to put this "seat" on, it still pretty valuable. The control buttons are good enough for a daily massager. (you can adjust the neck section, back section, heat section, and air section). Overall, this one is really good. All you need maker sure is that you have to have a larger enough chair (with handle). Because while massaging, you will feel something pushing you away from the seat.
