After hours of comparing insoles, trying to find a women's sports insoles with cushion and durability for repetitive jumping in indoor volleyball (but without spending $40-140 for insoles); I was happy to find these! Love the foam/gel cushion and they aren't flimsy. There's a foam arch support which isn't over the top. (I have fallen arches so These can hurt.) However, that arch support bump sits behind the balls of my feet rather than my arch...so it's not supporting my arch nor thr balls of my toes. I am assuming that is because I could only find men's for this product rather than a women's make. Only reason for 4 stars is the weird placement of the arch bump and the lack of a women's option for sports insoles for volleyball. (I literally had huge heel and toes holes through my triple layered insoles that came with my sports shoes. I got these so I could get some support and cushion as my fert hurt so bad with my practically nonexistant insoles that had deteriorated to nothing.) ... show more

These say for men and women and I purchased as a “deal” but didn’t get a size choice. These are way too big to cut down so I will return and reorder. They seem like a really good insole for an avid walker.

I bought some crummy “custom” shoes on Facebook, and they triggered a months-long plantar fasciitis flare after one wearing. The shoes have no support, but I was out of the return window by the time I realized it. I paid too much to throw them out, but these insoles are squishy without being super thick, so I can wear my cute shoes that are nothing by thin rubber and fabric. I’ve got better insoles, but these are the thinnest ones I could find with real support and cushioning. I like the ventilation too. Comfortable without socks. ... show more
