I was looking for a barbell pad that was not too expensive and would seem comfortable to use. This was a huge help when doing hip thrusts, there was a different one I used that just did not have enough cushion for me. I also use it when I am doing reverse lunges which helps with the comfort of having an indent in the pad itself for my head and I don't feel like my chin is hitting my chest. I didn’t really like it…let me explain. I tried it once and it worked great but keep in mind I was Hip thrusting maybe 125 and this most recent time I went up to about double and it doesn’t stay in one spot it will move around to much and cause a lot of discomfort.
