The media could not be loaded. I didn't like this until I did some tweaks to it. I was getting a trickle of water even after I adjusted the flow switch. I noticed no matter how I placed the pump the tubing was bent. Now I don't suggest this and I don't want comments I ruined your pump lol. I cut the tubing shorter and this is the results I got. I love it. I placed this on the plant stand I ordered also. I liked it so much I purchased another and I'm thinking of getting a third one. EDIT: The stones had a slight residue that was coming off so soak them in white vinegar and clean them well. Also I put a colored stone on the light bulb as it was a little bright for me. I also wonder if there are replacement bulbs as I leave my fountain on 24/7. ... show more

Can not hear the waterfall at all. Completely quiet! Very disappointed in no sound of running water. Very stingy with Rocks not enough to completely cover the bottom. Would return, but too much trouble! Thanks anyway

The fountain itself is beautiful but it ONLY worked for a few days. I returned it and quickly received a replacement but I had the same issue as the first. I was very disappointed because it is really beautiful!
