For the price point, this is probably the best stationary exercise bike with simplicity in adjustment and operation. It is stable with cadence at 80-90 rpm, even at resistance setting at #13. The seat is comfortable enough for 30min to an hour nonstop riding, but you need to adjust a bit of your position and upper body posture every 10 min or so to stay comfortable, pretty similar to riding a road bike outdoor. As for the electronic panel, I think the heart rate monitor is not that accurate. I suggest to use your own smart watch with heart rate monitor feature. As for their customer service, it was excellent and friendly. Definitely much much better than dealing with health insurance company. ... show more

I did a lot of research on foldable bikes to minimize the space these take up.I also have a foldable treadmill so this was ideal. I looked at reviews on this site as well as on google. This bike is made from a fitness company in USA. I just recovered from a knee injury to both knees and was told an exercise bike will build up muscles that support the kneecap as mine became misaligned. The treadmill uses different muscles so the combo is good. Assembly: My husband put this bike together. He was very impressed with the quality of the parts, how the tools are packaged with item you assemble. This isn’t typically his response to other purchases we’ve made (ex.furniture ) USE: The adjustments are easy. Determine desired seat height and how close you want to be to the front handles. So far, when I’m using it, it’s not wobbly at all. I am 5’6” 145lbs and 57. I will update later. Still trying to learn the controls. But really a very good quality bike! ... show more

ok let me start by saying i did experience a cracked monitor when i opened the box which customer service did react to and sent a replacement kudos for that now as for the bike itself i didnt rush putting together wasnt hard just not my favorite hardware screws etc claims big people friendly seat not wide enough for big rear ends like mine claims senior friendly hard to step over the bike to get on it if you have trouble getting into your bathtub you may struggle getting on this bike functions of the bike itself are fine i just didnt find it heavy people and senior friendy as it claims you may not have these issues but then again ... show more

I love the bike, but it makes a knocking noise that has got louder. I can feel the knock with my right foot while peddling, but the peddle itself is very stable! Since it’s getting louder, I feel like using it is causing more of what ever is wrong? apparently it’s in the casing? I love the bike, not the noise! Hard to rate! ... show more
