I was looking for a good quality bike budget that was friendly. The bike is resistance is great, just use the red knob to adjust, smooth ride, easy to move if needed, easy to put together. It has a calorie count & pulse check it doesn’t require to be plugged in. I have wanted to have an exercise room in my home for years. So much money has been wasted on gym memberships that never get used! So this year, I decided to take the leap! Great packaging. Arrived early. Super easy setup, high-quality construction, easy to adjust for height, very nice grips on pedals. Really great therapy for knees since injury from tennis. Takes up minimal space in home gym. No need to place near an outlet because there’s NO PLUG-in!!! Computer is battery operated with battery provided!! Cons: caged pedals with no clip-in option but no big deal - can be replaced with standard pedal wrench. Best for 5’2” or taller. Lowest seat setting is a bit higher than ones at gym. Wife of 5’1” wears 1” thick slippers, and that works out just fine (and keeps feet cool). Seat sometimes slides back when going from sitting to standing and back to sitting - may need to pause and tighten mid ride, again not a big deal. I will probably exchange the seat with a more competition oriented model. ... show more

I bought this bike to rehab from an ACL/MCL tear from BJJ, and it worked exactly like expected and helped me get quick mobility with a couple weeks of using it. I would buy it again, as it was pretty solid, easy to put together, and great to have the iPad and drink holders. I did notice I had to put a small piece of some rubber in the handle bars section so it didn’t have a slight wiggle when inserted into the base, but was decently sturdy without it. ... show more
