Update 8/3 The Customer service truly is impeccable. They reached out to me addressing my concerns. They sent me a new seat which is much more comfortable and makes the ride much more enjoyable. They have also been working trying to try and address the issue with the dropping of service between my tablet and the bike. The connection does work better with my phone. The bike was a bit tricky to put together. Putting directions on the cardboard that is ripped off caused not being able to read. And having to switch back and forth instructions was frustrating. The appearance of the bike is great! Very sharp looking. And it is SO quiet. Amazing honestly how quiet it is. However, just like many other reviews.. the seat is UNBEARABLE. It hurts so much. And also as others stated, I downloaded the MERACH app. I bought a tablet specifically to have a larger screen while using the app. The connection constantly drops making it very frustrating. I love this bike. My issue with exercising inside is the noise. I’m an outdoor person but it’s too hot in the summer to run. You can watch tv at normal volume. It makes zero noise. *05/06/2023* Update on my purchase and for my initial review: Merach contaced me and have made this right. I'm very pleased, didn't expect this at all. So kind and generous of Merach, a pleasure to do business with this company. This indoor bicycle is very quiet to ride. I like the fact when I ride I can hear my trainer video without having to turn the volume up. I can ride it any time of day or night and it doesn't disturb others in the house. It's great that it has bluetooth and an app to help track my progress. The progress seems a bit unconventional and perhaps(?) inaccurate. I don't know for sure as this is a first for me to use an app to track. I can ride for more than 30 minutes, on level 4 resistance, at a good clip, sweating, and it says I've only peddled just over 28 feet and burned 80 calories. I'd hate to see what I'd need to do to burn more calories! 🤣 I don't think the app and bike talk nicely to one another. I'd like an adjustable set of the handlebars so shorter people like me can adapt them to what I need most. Overall, made of excellent quality materials. 04/2023: More for Off-Seat Peddling. It's painful in the private areas when leaning forward to reach handle bars while peddling, if you're standing while peddling of course it's not. ... show more

I purchased the MR-667 bike on April 2, 2023. I enjoyed using the bike 2-3 times per week until April 1, 2024, when the bluetooth signal stopped working (thankfully, I thought, it was still under the one year warranty). After multiple attempts to file a warranty claim, which included a few entries into an unresponsive website, I finally received a response. It then took multiple emails (and a recorded video) to show the customer service representative what I described in my entries on the warranty website and my initial email (that there was no bluetooth signal despite trying 6 different batteries). On April 3, they send they would "send (me) a replacement." On April 7, after being informed they were sending a "Bluetooth 3-piece kit + battery compartment," I asked that they provide "detailed instructions." One month thereafter, the kit finally arrived in a small plastic bag with zero instructions. I attempted to remove the existing bluetooth component, but I could not do so. So, after 1 month and 10 days, I'm back in the same situation with a non-functional bluetooth device and no way to see my resistance or speed. This is among the worst warranty services I have ever experienced. DO NOT BUY. ... show more

I've been using this Exercise bike 5 days a week for over 6 months now, I usually do 30-45 minute sessions using spin classes through Apple Fitness+, this bike helped me recover from a broken ankle and build strength. It's safe to say this bike is resilient, I put my own cycling clipless pedals on it and I am able to put a lot of power and resistance into the bike and it works flawlessly. My only gripe is the handlebars and adjustable shaft sway a lot, and by a lot I mean when I put power into the bike and I grab the bars they seem like the adjustable shaft isn't tightened all the way down, but it is, I literally couldn't adjust it any tighter without feeling like I would break it. But regardless I get about a half inch of swaying in the bars when I am pedaling hard and its the only thing I dislike about this bike. I ride a lot, probably more than the average person and the seat gives me no problem, adding my own pedals is something I do on any bike I ride so I don't even consider it an upgrade, the resistance is great and I get a pretty natural feeling ride throughout my workout, once again my only gripe is the swaying in the adjustable handlebar shaft, and now that I think about it, how slippery the grips get when I sweat and grab the handlebars. I highly recommend this bike to anyone looking to get a great workout, on a bike that can handle about 90% of most peoples ride, but if you put a lot of power though it beware that there will be some swaying in the handlebars, but for the money its almost a perfect bike.
