I saw a chef on TV use this sauce to make a rub for roasting chicken. Of course I had to try it. Chicken was spicy and delicious. Easy to control the spice level my mixing the jarred sauce with other ingredients to tone it down, if necessary. I look forward to trying it in other applications.
