I chose this product over the others for my male dog's neuter surgery because it was adjustable and had the leg coverage only on the back legs . The leg coverage prevented him from nosing under the edges and not covering the front legs left him cool. The open back also allowed air and cooling. My dog is smaller in the chest area so the adjustable tabs allowed me to make it smaller in that region. ... show more

My pup got a wound on her back leg and the cone was just annoying to her and I. I wish I would've got a XL instead of a XXL but I'm making it work. This suit requires its removal for the dog to go to the bathroom. My dog has arthritis in her rear legs which would be difficult for frequent removal. With the arthritis and the surgery this would have been too much for her. Otherwise it was nice and could. be very useful.

This suit is the perfect solution for my dog who had masses removed on inner hind paw and stomach. During the day he wears the collar of shame and at night wears this suit to give him a break from the collar and also it covers the stitches which is helpful since he sleeps on our bed. The Velcro closings on the top is very helpful since he tends to have a hard to fit body type. Suit stays on him all night.
