Should I Buy It?

If you are willing to take a risk or have the technical know-how to troubleshoot potential issues, the system seems to offer a good performance for gaming when working correctly. However, due to the substantial number of critical hardware-related complaints, buying this product carries a notable risk. It might be prudent to consider alternatives or ensure there is a robust return policy before purchasing.

  • Very fast and quiet
So I got this system in and have had no issues with it at all. Great packaging, though be careful taking taking the Styrofoam out so that you don't bump your video card. I have been running Elden Ring and Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous for two days without a reboot. No lag and amazingly no noise. Extremely quick and quiet. Didn't really review the tech support because I haven't had to call or E-Mail them. ... show more

  • Worked for 5months until.
I got this pc as a birthday present. It was great at first, was able to play mw2 and a bunch of games off start. About a month in I started noticing it randomly freezing and crashing into blue screen. I didn't think much of it. Maybe over heating or something. Kept playing for months. Until it stopped. I was wanting to play PS5 titles off of steam. I noticed my internet wasn't stable off of downloads and it didn't feel right. Because when I normally downloaded games it crashed. But I wasn't expecting it to ever work again this time. I tried to thumb drive windows 10. I tried repairing. I tried resetting. I tried restoring. I tried wiping the memory. I'm not extremely tech savvy. So I didn't wanna cause more problems. I'm sad. Because I really enjoyed the build minus the crashing. It finally went blue. Spent 10 hrs trouble shooting. Before set a return to Amazon. Which. I'm still waiting to hear back from. Don't buy an ibuy from Amazon. Worst PC experience I've dealt with and my first PC experience. ... show more

  • Don’t buy from Amazon. Buy directly from Ibuypower!
On prime day sale, the Ibuypower slate mono 237i was on sale for $1699. It seemed like a great deal. I got it mainly to get back into pc gaming. I had it for about 5 weeks and The pc crashed at least twice a week. It wasn’t a blue screen yet… it was crashing in middle of me playing COD MW2 and Resident evil 2&3. I thought it might have been the game. Into week 5, it finally blue screened. Followed the instructions to try and fix it but when it came back on the screen froze up. My mouse pointer could move but I couldn’t click anything. Called Ibuypower to see if they could fix it and that didn’t work either. They said it was most likely a problem with the GPU. They suggested to either return it or they could send me a new GPU. I thought if there’s a problem with the GPU then there might be a problem with something else down the line. So I returned it. Should have looked at the reviews 1st. So disappointed!!! ... show more

  • Few issues with the PC
So I purchased this because I really have no time to build PC's anymore, but as soon as I got it, I had to completely reload Windows due to it not starting at all. I turned on the PC and it immediately went into disk repair, but when I reloaded windows it works great. As far as fan noise, it is VERY loud, fan speeds aren't even high, it's just like a white noise machine. Not sure why. FPS average on low settings with the games I play (12700KF and 3070TI) Valorant - 350-400FPS Overwatch 2: 200-300FPS Call of Duty Warzone: 140FPS Display to HDMI's do NOT work on this GPU. I am currently waiting on an HDMI 2.0 cable to connect my 3rd monitor. ... show more

  • An amazing machine
After reading some of the horror stories on here I was terrified of buying this PC. I am happy to say I've been impressed throughout. It arrived well packaged, undamaged and worked right out of the box. I can honestly say that this is probably the best pre-built rig I've ever bought and would gladly work with the sellers again in the future. ... show more

  • Bad SSD... Not Very Satisfied Tech Support
My SSD went out after a little over 5 months of getting my computer. Althoug it was still under warranty, I had to pay $54 upfront to have a new one sent to me and still have to shipping cost to send the bad one back before I can get my $54 back.. The New one came blank on a Friday. Tech Support made it sound simple to download the files back but it not unless you know something about rebuilding computers. And I do not so I ended paying another $80 to Another Computer Tech that came to my house and assisted me in getting my computer back going. The only other option they offered was sending in to them in California to repair and I would be responsible for shipping cost and any shipping damage. I was not doing after paying as much as I did for the computer already. Then I had to pay another $15 to ship the bad SSD back.... not happy at all with Customer Support. I should have read the Reviews before purchasing... ... show more
