This time, everything was included and IT ACTUALLY WORKS! My daughter is so happy! Five stars for this company's satisfaction process! And five stars for the microscope itself! Worth the $! ------- I bought this in September for my daughter's November birthday. She opened it this morning. I was very disappointed when I realized it doesn't work. And to make matters worse, it's only a 30 day money back guarantee. She is extremely disappointed that the one big thing she asked for for her birthday doesn't even work. And I'm disappointed because as a single mom I can't afford to spend $30 on something that doesn't work and cannot return it to purchase one that does. ... show more

So very disappointed it broke first day we planned to used it! I am sending this back which is so unfortunate ours son's have really wanted one for a while we finally got one, only for it to not work right away. The focus knob won't turn just makes noise!
