I live in Arizona and have a large patio that faces east. I prefer a light weigh hose that I can move easily and can put away just as easily. The heat quickly destroys most hoses and I was convinced I would just be replacing them constantly. This hose doesn't kink and has excellent water pressure so I can easily wash stains off thetiles or squirt plants just out of my reach w/o any problems.     • I love this hose

I have a tendency to abuse my hoses. It is not intentional but I am small and they are always heavy and difficult to maneuver. The ones that promise not to kink always do. Hence I tend to not store my hoses well in order to get long life out of them. They annoy me. But I LOVE this hose. It is lightweight and easy to move around. It never kinks. It looks much shorter than it can be. Once you turn the water on, it expands and grows to its full potential. When you're finished with it, it is easy to empty any water remaining in the hose and it returns to its shorter, lightweight appearance. It is simple to loop it around the faucet a few times and thereby keep it away from lawnmowers and other harmful machinery. It appears tough also, as though it wouldn't easily tear or puncture, though I have no desire to test that. The fittings on both ends are also great and easily connect as they are meant to. Does not kink or get tangled up. It takes a little getting used to because the hose expands as it fills with water. When you are finished and turn the spigot off you need to hold the sprayer end in the open position and wait for all the water to drain from the hose before storing it. Because the hose shrinks when emptied it takes up about a quarter of the storage space needed with a regular hose. When you first get this hose you need to attach it to the spigot and stretch it out as far as it will go. Be careful with this. I pulled too hard and dislodged the spigot from the wall! ... show more

So far so good. Seems well made and durable. Has the same problem all of these type hoses have and that is all water pressure related . When the pressure drops the hose contracts and shortens some, so longer is better.

I have a hose faucet on each side of my house. Instead of purchasing 2 hoses I just purchased this one. I love it. I love the length and that it doesn’t get tangled. I keep mine in my garage so that the weather doesn’t degrade it and I’d suggest the same for anyone else who purchases this. UPDATE ON 9/30/2023: 3.5 months later and I still love this hose. I use it a few times a week and it's still working great! I even recommended this hose to a neighbor who saw me using it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new hose. ... show more
