stay away. stay away. do not buy. do not buy. Nothing to like. Everything to dislike. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. Second time i purchase a chainsaw and same results. it sucks. there quick to take your money at time of purchase but provide zero customer service. non existent customer service.. 5 minutes of use and the chainsaw died. wouldnt start. i was directed to contact the manufacturer and they told me nothing but a big fu. eat the loss. bring it to an authorized dealer to diagnose and fix. I am very happy with this saw. It is my first Husqvarna chainsaw. I didn’t have any issues with starting it at all and it ran great the entire time. I have used it three times for cutting firewood and loved it

Ok!! Likes! Being new it has no choice but to run right out of the box. It did. Idle was good hot or cold if you follow starting directions which are very specific!! Follow them!!! It cuts well and is easy to use if you know how to stand while using. If you do not, thats on you, not the saw. Fair price for a fair saw. Dislikes!! After the second day of non consecutive use, it would not idle on its own when hot and the chain was loose to the point of needing adjustment. I cut nothing but down pines from the storm. After adjusting the chain with approximately 5 hours of use and adjusting the idle circuit, it worked as described. Conclusion!! I really dont see this lasting for a few seasons if you cut wood for yearly use. It will probably get thrown into the woods, by you, right before you go and buy another saw. For storm damage or extremely light work every now and then, that could be of use. Again if you dont follow starting directions exactly you will throw it in the woods sooner. ... show more
