  • Worse Purchased Chainsaw.
After hurricane Beryl blew through Texas, I lost 2 big trees in my backyard. Did my research on chainsaws & narrowed it down to two brands. I ordered the Husqvarna 120 Mark III Gas Chainsaw, 38-cc, 2-Cycle X-Torq Engine, 16 Inch Chainsaw with Automatic Oiler (2024 updated) for my down trees. I have never owned a “quality brand” chainsaw. After it arrived, I read & followed the manual, watched the manufacturer videos on “Proper Starting.” I started the chainsaw & let it warm up as directed. I proceeded to the backyard & cut for 30 min & this chainsaw started smoking/burning/stinking on the outside (right side). I rolled the chainsaw over to look for the smell. The orange housing was melting in on itself. I had only cut a short time & into a Bradford pear tree (soft wood) at that. I turned it off & took it to the garage to cool. I haven’t touched it since. I had a 50/50 chance on the 2 chainsaw brands i narrowed it down to. Obviously I chose poorly. I should’ve listened to all my friends & went with the Stihl. ... show more

  • Nothing Finer
Out of all the chainsaws I've used over the past 30 years none are more reliable these. Easy to start and hard-working, like me.

  • Not great
Pull cord knot un knotted. Handle not secure. Never ran or started great.

  • Works like a charm
Bought this to clean up from Hurricane Helene and it has worked far better than I could have ever expected. I ran it through 2 or 3 tanks of gas before giving it a break to cool down every day for nearly a month. I use both the 14" and 18" bars on it and it cuts like butter with both. Some days my wife will even fight me to use it and she has never been willing to use a chainsaw before. Never bogs down, or overheats easily. Only problem we have had at all was the cord came unknotted but we retired it and wound it with no other issues at all. Over 30 trees cleaned up with this saw with some being 30"+ across. ... show more

  • Good saw for the money
At first I had a hard time starting it until I got used to it.

  • Don't be fooled by the name brand, this is a piece of crap!
Took the chainsaw out of the box, followed the instructions step by step. I tried everything to get it started until I was physically exhausted. I should have bought a STIHL.
