    • I cant believe how well this stuff actually works..and this quickly!
I have been desperately searching, high and low, for something to NATURALLY ease my anxiety. My dad passed away a few months ago and it has made my anxiety skyrocket. I have always been anxious here and there like most people-before a presentation, etc. The last few weeks its been at an all time high because of mourning his loss. I would not consider taking something prescribed such as xanax, and in my searching I found that this big chill would be a good alternative. Took a chance and thought well, at the very worst it wont work. This is day 2 of taking big chill and honestly ive already noticed a big difference. 2 of my major physical symptoms from anxiety are really bad chills / shakes and dry heaving / gagging. So much so that it makes me a nervous wreck to be in public sometimes in case I experience a physical symptom. In the last 48 hours that I have taken big chill I have barely shaken at all and havent dry heaved in public or anywhere at all. I definitely feel more relaxed. I do think that I am noticeably a little more tired, but nothing that makes it unbearable. I can still drive, talk to people, etc, but I am definitely a little sleepier than usual. I guess thats the calming part of this. Since its only been 2 days I cant say what I will feel like in a week or month from now, but If I have more to update than I certainly will. I am honestly surprised that I am feeling relaxed at all, especially in terms of physical symptoms because thats the worst part of anxiety for me. Im going to continue to take big chill every day and if I have more to add I will definitely post an edit to the review! Update after another week: I’ve taken it several more times, but not every day. I’ve noticed a significant difference between the days that I do vs don’t take it. I’m a somewhat anxious and stressed person in general, but it went through the roof last week when I discovered a breast lump. My diagnostic testing to check for cancer is a few weeks away. I haven’t been sleeping well at all, and found it difficult to concentrate in my day to day life. I took a Big Chill pill last night with dinner. I felt it kick in about 1 to 2 hours later. This was the most relaxing night I’ve had in a week! I was able to watch a movie and just focus on that. Read a book before bed time, and slept like a baby.     • Had high hopes but it made me dizzy
Sadly I wanted to like this but it gave a couple of random dizzy spells while taking it. Haven’t really felt that since I stopped taking it. So bizarre! Wasn’t sure if anyone else experienced this. Other than that just make sure you take it with food!

If you're suffering from stress and anxiety like I am, do yourself a favor and purchase this. I was so stressed and every little thing was making me lose it. I couldn't stand myself! Anxiety? Was taking the best of me! Since I started taking these I feel like myself again. I'm literally chill all the time. I can still focus at work and function normally. It does not leave me drowsy or anything like that. I've been relaxed and happy! I did not experience any side effects and I'm so glad I found this product! The best is that it's Natural!     • Stomach Issues and Hyper Emotions
I really, really wanted to like this product. I had never tried Rhodiola Rosea before but since I suffer from chronic anxiety and depression and if possible, would rather go a natural route rather than anti-depressants. After two weeks, I had nausea and stomach pains. I couldn't drink my coffee in the morning because not only did it make me feel sick to my stomach, I would also develop pain almost as if I had the stomach flu. I also was hyper-sensitive to emotional stimuli and all I could keep thinking about was the bad and painful memories of the past. Of all of the natural remedies I've tried to treat my GAD, this has been by far the worst product I've tried. Please, if you decide to try this please take note of how you are feeling each day. If it doesn't get better and you end up feeling worse, stop taking this and return to Amazon for a refund. ... show more

This really really works for me. I am in the healthcare field and had so much anxiety over the past year and I started taking this. I was on lexapro for 5 years and discontinued taking it at the advice of my doctor. I started taking these just to see if they would help and maybe I wouldn’t have to go back on the lexapro- it worked! I have less anxiety and feel generally more at ease. I bought this bottle a while ago, but only recently started using it because I was finishing up another product first. I thought I was losing my mind but just today I connected my symptoms to this herbal supplement. I have had stomach upset and diarrhea, rapid heart rate, extremely high energy levels to the point of almost mania—despite not being able to sleep a wink at night—and incredibly, I have been losing almost a pound a day. I have been taking one pill once a day in the afternoon. I will say my mood has been very pleasantly elevated and the weight loss is not an unwanted side effect in my case, but I just generally feel unwell on this and can’t see myself continuing to take it with these side effects.
