Perfect mount, even for a very heavy curved monitor like the G7. It’s very sturdy and highly adjustable, I use it for my sim racer so it has no problem being at the max extension over the desk and then it can be slid right back into place. The only small issue I’ve had is that I need to tilt the monitor up higher than I want then it will drop down into place, but that is most likely do to the very heavy weight and how curved the G7 monitor is. I just recently got a second monitor and I’m buying this mount again so if you’re on the fence, just buy it because I’ll never use a normal stand again. ... show more

    • Sturdy arm… the base could be better
Easy to assemble, fit properly on my desk. Some angles are kind of weird when you tilt the monitor up and down, some angles don’t completely lock in so you have to shift it another 5-10 degrees but it wasn’t really a noticeable difference. The arm itself is very sturdy but the base is kinda flimsy compared to their bigger model. I check it often and it holds up but I really like how the bigger model has a base that actually screws onto the arm. ... show more

I really like this. I even bought a second one. It's a 5-star item for most uses. It's sturdy and well built. It has the longest range of any monitor arm I could find (and I wish it had an additional 2-4 inch range). It has a USB-A connector in the base (you don't have to install it if you don't want it), which is handy. I got a laptop holder to put on one of the arms. It's a beefy laptop and the arm holds it very well. What I don't like is that the cable channel for the top part of the arm requires a screw to take on and off. The bottom cable channel comes off with a little pinch of the tabs instead of a screw. This is a pain because I don't want to have to unscrew the top part every time I need to take out the laptop power cable (yes, I could charge the laptop more slowly though a USBC charger, but then I have to buy one). I really wish the top cable channel had an easier way to get it off and on. Another bad design choice for the top cable channel is that the screw doesn't have any kind of retaining ring and gravity is working against you when you're trying to screw it in place. The screw can easily fall out when trying to put on the cable channel. Right now I'm experimenting with a velcro strap for holding the power cable on the top arm. Also, the bottom cable channel plastic piece (that attaches to the clamp) doesn't stay on very well. Those are my minor disappointments with an otherwise excellent product. If you're not having to periodically take a cable out, then you probably won't be bothered by these issues. ... show more

This heavy-duty Huanuo mount works perfectly to attach a 43-inch, 22.3-lb Sony Bravia TV to a TV stand using the included clamp-mount. (I had to make a hole in the back of the TV stand to accommodate the C-clamp included with the mount.) Because the Huanuo mount accommodates either a 75-mm or 100-mm Vesa pattern for the TV/monitor, you must use an adapter plate to convert this pattern to a 200-mm square Vesa pattern to mount the Sony Bravia (or most TVs of this size). FYI, I used the Mount Plus 1056 VESA 200x200 Universal Adapter Plate, which costs about $16 on Amazon. This combination of TV, mount, and adapter came with all the necessary hardware to mount the TV, although I added four optional washers to attach the adapter and its bolts to the TV. When used with this mount, the Sony TV can be adjusted the desired height and direction without having to drill any holes in your wall. It's a perfect setup. The picture and sound quality are excellent, and the mount enables you to aim/position the TV as desired. No dog, cat or minor earthquake will tip the TV over. The Huanuo mount also holds the cables very neatly. Great job Huanuo! I now own three of your mounts: two for computer monitors, and one for a TV. ... show more
