My daughter only had this for a few days before she let a friend try it and the straps snapped in half. Online it tells you to reach out to the manufacturer for replacements parts, but under contact us is a 404 error message.

My daughter loves this attachment for her hoverboard! Only complaints is that with it on her hoverboard dies pretty quick, it's hard to calibrate to her hoverboard when we put it on, and the straps that come with it to hold the hoverboard in place ripped after about 3 days of use and had to switch to the replacements ... show more
