It took about 30 minutes to assemble, and the build quality is very sturdy. The 500V motor is incredibly powerful as well! It operates similarly to an electric scooter, allowing you to control the speed. And the speed can get quite fast, If you’re not experienced with riding, it’s not something you can simply hop on and enjoy. This has got to be the worst purchase that I have ever made! Amazon should review this product and remove it from their site!! The description is very misleading. It states that it is for ages 13-18 and it's barely big enough for a 6-year-old! The actual product has a sticker that no one under age 6 should operate it. Why the big discrepancy? Once I accepted the size, we assembled and fully charged. It ran for about 1 minute and stopped. We let it sit, tried turning the key on and off, flipped the switch on and off several times. It ran for about 1 more minute and stopped again! It did that 2 or 3 times, then wouldn't run anymore. I found an email address and contacted customer service. They told me I would have to call and talk to someone, but didn't provide a phone number. The paperwork does not have a phone number either. We requested a return label. The item has a 30-day return policy, but it states that if its not returned in 7 days, there may be a restocking fee! There are a whole lot of inconsistencies with this product and supplier! This was definitely the best christmas gift! It's definitely worth it the price, the battery lasts about 4 hrs and size is perfect for kids between 6 and 12, it works perfect in the mudd and the quality overall is good! Your kids will love it

The media could not be loaded. Gave my 8 year old daughter this for Christmas and it’s already on the way back to seller. It took us 2 1/2 hours to fully assemble it. Found it to be too small for my daughter but she loved it and is upset it is not functional. The chain popped off more than once. After the third time the back wheels would not turn at all. I contacted the seller and he said we had to ship this 120lb item back. He sent a fed ex label and told me to call fed ex to pick it up. I had to purchase tape and box from Lowe’s which cost 30 dollars. Plus now I am stuck with helmet and gloves. The item was picked up and waiting for my money back. Vehicle is smaller than advertised. ATV is somewhat under powered and is very slow when going up any level of incline. On the second charging cycle the battery charger stopped working. It is well made! Got it for my grandkids to play on one is a seven-year-old on the smaller side and one is a seven-year-old on the bigger side and it pulled both of them on it at the same time at a slower speed but individually it goes pretty fast but a lot of gear for him also

Easy to put together and get going, very solid and heavy ! Electrics look a bit fragile and exposed under the seat but no issues as yet. My son is 10 and it fits him well, I would say this is best for 8 - 12 year olds (certainly not a teen size).. So far we have run it for 2 x 30 minute sessions, charging it in between but it didn't run out of charge either time. I would say it is fast enough to be fun and somewhat challenging to drive without being unsafe, although yet to use it on gravel. Very happy 10 year old so far. ... show more
