I am a dense 215 pounds and it held me without snapping in half. Very easy to assemble and use. If the exercise guidance is followed, the resistance band generates considerable tension. I like the concept of the abs wheel, and it's amazing how I can work out in its system. got the red and blue bands cover and the material is thick and feels like it is of good quality to protect the band, plus really brightly colored. my favorite color is blue. I've seen other pushups boards in stores before, but I think hotwave is the perfect set of pushup board exercise equipment. It's portable and it's a full body workout and it's really stronger than it looks, and even though it's also plastic, it's probably made of higher quality materials. All in all, I feel like it is a really good buy, The cost of a week at the gym is equivalent to getting a "portable gym",Easy way to grab a quick workout on the way to the fridge for a snack. ... show more

Of course, here's a 1-star review for the HOTWAVE Portable Exercise Equipment: --- Title: Disappointed with Quality I was excited to try out the HOTWAVE Portable Exercise Equipment, but it left me quite disappointed. Cons: - The 20 in 1 Push Up Board seemed flimsy and not very stable during workouts. - The resistance bands didn't provide consistent resistance; they felt weak and didn't offer a challenging workout. - The Ab Roller Wheel was not as smooth as I expected and didn't roll as effortlessly as I've experienced with other brands. - Some of the included gym accessories felt cheaply made and didn't inspire confidence in their durability. Overall, I had high hopes for this set, but it didn't meet my expectations in terms of quality and performance. It might be okay for beginners, but if you're serious about your home workouts, I'd consider investing in higher-quality equipment. ... show more
