The media could not be loaded. First off the rubber stoppers upgrade is perfect especially since I have tile and wood floors which will prevent it from slipping under me, second the padding for the planking is so much better than my elbows on the hard floor !!! Amazing product

I love how compact and portable this is, while providing a wide variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups. Resistance bands have always been my go-to home workout option, and this is probably the best, most comprehensive set I've ever gotten. Unfortunately, due to extensive medical issues I'm no longer anywhere near in as good of shape as I used to be, and I was hoping this might help ease me back into doing some exercises that wouldn't aggravate any of my health issues too badly. . and I'm not sure it's really the best set for that. For starters, the plastic base meant to be stood on isn't solid plastic, but relatively hollow. It says it can withstand up to 300lbs, but I'm currently at 220 and I was super hesitant to step on it, and there was some serious creaking when I finally did, which wasn't too encouraging. And there's no way I can possibly use the pilates wheel, so I haven't been able to test that. Further, no directions were included in the package, so there were several pieces I could not for the life of me figure out -- luckily if you dig through the listing here thoroughly enough, you can find the answers (they turned out to be ankle straps, a door anchor, and anti-slip pads for the bottom of the base, respectively), but I feel like that information really ought to be included with the product itself, and shouldn't require extra digging to figure out. Everything about it is otherwise great, though. The resistance bands seem sturdy, the variety of exercise options is awesome, and it's all very compact and portable, which is a huge advantage if you don't have much space available. ... show more

Nice push up and plank board! All fits in handy black drawstring bag. Rubber plugs are 100% needed to keep this board in place doing exercises. When doing planks it slightly lifts but not enough to be a problem just not as heavy weight as I had hoped. The hand bars are cushioned but not heavily, over time they may wear through. I was a bit disappointed that the instruction guide shows all these other exercises you could be doing IF you had all the other attachments for the board so I thought they were included but unfortunately they are not this is JUST the push-up/plank board ONLY. Good for chest/arm exercises but may need more for complete body exercise. ... show more

So first off it’s an interesting product how they have color coded where to put the handles in the various slots to target different muscles when doing push ups. Not sure I agree with all of them but for the most part I think there’s solid thought behind the guidelines. The instructions do however have terrible English. Thankfully there’s not much assembly to do. Also feels pretty cheaply built but it helps with portability probably so maybe that’s a good thing actually. Not a fan of the way they are pushing their other products on you in the instructions also. Half of the exercises they show are only possible if you buy their other stuff, looks like some type of bands and a Pilates bar… never even heard of the latter before personally. Overall not a bad piece of equipment to have around if you like pushups. ... show more

What we like: - it's a good option for someone trying to do basic strengthening exercises but not great for someone wanting to make significant gains. - several different exercises can be performed with the one device - I really like that the ab wheels attach to the bar, it gives you more leverage to help balance - it's a great beginners set overall - it can all easily fit in a draw string bag for transportation What we don't love as much: - the base is plastic so it tests your balance a bit more since it doesn't conform to your feet and if you have larger feet like me, they wont completely fit on the base. - the bungees are a bit long, we have to have the strap length completely tightened to get a decent amount of resistance from them ... show more

I am loving the HOTWAVE Portable Workout Equipment with 20 Gym Accessories! You've got everything you need to get in that workout with no excuses! The foldable base is the foundation for everything this kit can do and I love how you can pinpoint certain exercises to target chest, triceps, shoulders, and back. The handles fit snuggly and securely into the appropriate holes for the particular target areas you want. The three-section bar and four resistance bands allow for even greater workout exercises which is an added bonus. And the two included ab roller wheels that attach to the bar? Double bonus. Ankle straps and a door anchor to boot. Bam! They even included stabilizing bars and elbow pads (that fit into the base) to assist with your plank routine as well. SO many exercises you can do with this thing and it all packs neatly into the included synch bag! Aside to the quick explanation on the manuel, the rest of the manuel is explaining other excercises that you can do using the board and other products.
