What I love: Love that the Hotwheels Toy Car Track Set is tall and the perfect size for my 4yo son. It keeps him quite busy and entertained :-). This was a great buy! Assembly tips: Assembly was not quick - took maybe just over an hour. Unfortunately, when you connect parts they snap in place with the idea of never coming apart. How to connect isn't always clear given several parts look the same. I mistakenly put one part together and had to pry it apart to put the correct pieces of the track together. Take your time during assembly so you avoid that mistake. Durability: We've had the track set for 4 months and it has held up with the exception of my son jumping on it and breaking a piece off that I've not been able to reassemble just yet. This Hot Wheels track is worth the price we paid. It was easy to assemble, has multiple different things it can do (I know that's vague, sorry, I haven't played with it but it keeps my kids and their friends busy), and seems to be holding up pretty well. It's been a month since Christmas and despite the frequent wear and tear, it still works! I will say though, it is LOUD, which can be good and bad. You can hear them playing with it after you've told them to go to bed (caught ya kiddo!) AND you can hear them playing with it at 6 o'clock in the morning before you've had your coffee (so loud! shhhh!). Also, it arrived in its packaging that shows what it is on the outside of the box so I had to sprint and redirect to intercept it without my kids seeing it. This was perhaps the best gift I gave over Christmas. My son (nearly six years old) is OBSESSED with Hot Wheels and asked for a Hot Wheels racing track. This wasn't exactly what he asked for, but I saw the combination of Hot Wheels and a dinosaur and knew he'd love it. I was dreading those three most horrible words a parent can read ("Some assembly required") but this thing was easy to put together and stays fairly intact. Some of the tracks pop off from time to time but they're easily put back. This toy keeps him occupied for hours each day, it's his new go-to plaything, his twin sister loves it, and best of all, it's made him extremely conscientious about putting his collection of Hot Wheels cars away in this garage when he's finally done playing. Only drawback is the poster it comes with that shows all of the other Hot Wheels sets. He's now plotting out what item he wants for his upcoming birthday. 🤣 ... show more

Bought this for my son for Christmas and it came late so wasn't able to give it to him for a Christmas gift. It fits a lot of cars takes a little time to put together but as long as you follow the directions it's not that hard. My only problem with it is 5 minutes into my kids playing with it the strings that make the dinosaur go up and down on the inside gets tangled up so it stopped working and I unscrewed the back to fix it and it worked after untangling the strings but then did the same thing again 10 minutes later so you'll constantly be having to fix that. Overall they love it just the only problem is with the moving dinosaur which is a huge feature of it. ... show more

Assembly instructions were very easy to follow. Directions were in pictures with numbered parts. It will be a gift for a 4 year old, but the grandparents will want to play, too!
