I just got done building one from ikea . This one is solid ! It’s very sturdy and functional. I would buy this one over ikea .. it got delivered a week early . Took me 3 hours to build by myself.

    • Tons of assembly required

I'm a woman and I'm under 5'4". This dresser is very high quality for the price, but it is no small feat getting it to the final product. The box itself weighs probably 75lbs and requires multiple strong people to get it up stairs. I attempted to assemble this with a hand screwdriver and came to the conclusion it would probably take me a week, so I bought an electric one. I would not recommend assembling this without one. Whoever said that this only took them 3 hours to assemble is straight up lying. This took me probably around 9 hours, buying the screwdriver 20% through. It's a nice dresser. But I don't know if it was worth saving the $ for the effort it took to assemble, and I have assembled a lot of furniture. ... show more

Great product and was exactly what we needed. Quality was good for the price. Looks great in our closet. The only thing i have to say is that it has a lot of screws and definitely recommend an electric screwdriver. Not an impact tho because you have to becareful not to over tighten them. Very easy to to mess up the pre-threaded compressed wood. I put everything together by hand so i didn't have that problem but now my hand is sore lol. If you know how to follow the instructions and also use the images provided, the installation won't be hard. Because of the amount of screws and pieces to put together and the manual screwdriver, it took me about 2hrs to install. Shipping took 5 business days but i wasn't in any hurry. ... show more

Value for the money - it's worth it, mostly. It's very nice looking and it does the job. The small drawers are a nice size and the drawer bottoms aren't flimsy. I had a horrible time assembling it and the bottom drawer has some major issues as it's rough to open and sounds like it's rubbing metal against something..but assembling and reassembling and switching the tracks with another drawer doesn't solve the issue. The little safety feature on the drawers takes a bit to get used to and doesn't keep my 2 year old out of the drawers 100% but it's nice to have for when it does deter her. I wouldn't buy it again but it will do well for the time being since it was fairly cheap. ... show more

Took about 3 hours to put together. We love it. Everything lined up great and there were no issues. Instructions were clear and we had parts to spare. It’s a little dresser but perfect for one person who also has closet space. There was a freak out moment when we thought the top drawers were misaligned but that was user error! It really matters what drawer goes on which side (which is directly explained in the instructions at the end) they won’t go all the way in if they are switched. It is very heavy but that’s typical material, I would put this right up with pricey ikea quality for a more affordable price. Everything fit snug and is very sturdy. The worse product i ever bought . After receiving the box that had what seems like 300 pcs and 4000 pcs of hardware it took me 4 hours in to not even get half way through it before the parts started to break. The instructions are pictures only and you have to hand screw everything because the wood is bad!!! It should not be so heavy yet so weak. I have requested a full refund that was approved but they don't even want the product back. That says alot.. negative 5 stars. I'm sorry for this review because it looks very nice and would have loved for it to be of use to me ... show more

I built this alone, I didn't time it. I had no problems at all. I did use power tools as this is the 3rd dresser I have built. The only thing about it is when you put the drawers in you jave to have them 100% end on, TIP make sure you have the carriages on the inside of the dresser rails all the way forward. In the pictures it is sitting next to the Walmart Mainstay dresser that you can buy in stores. And I 100% would buy both of them. They are really nice for what you pay and are super sturdy. ... show more
