Do NOT BE DISCOURAGED by some of the reviews.. this is a easy assembly, just have patience and take your time.. So.. initially I was hesitant to get this as so many people put that the assembly was hard or took too long to put together. But I went ahead and got it, since i liked to the top drawer feature.. so it came a few days earlier than expected, a good thing there.. i put it together yesterday, expecting a time consuming assembly process. So the Directions were spot-on.. the only thing that took a bit of time is putting the drawers together.. not hard at all, just took a little time. other than that.. had it together within 45 min'ish.. not bad and i like they look of it.. and functionality. I have put SO many things together in my lifetime, this was on e of the easy ones.. it looks good, usability is great.. it fits what I need in there.. I do wish the drawers were a bit bigger.. but not a big deal... great product !!! ... show more

This piece is beautiful, sleek and clean looking! It's sturdy and well made. Every single piece has a number and the directions are so smooth and easy to follow (even for someone who hates putting things together!!) Light is great! All around an awesome piece and worth the price!! HOWEVER!! The directions say 2 person, about 30 minutes. I did this by myself and it took about 2.5 hours!! 2.5 hours of work time. It also states youll need a drill, and although it would be easier, it is possible with just a screw driver. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Overall this table we got for our lil hang out room is perfect! Not a difficult setup, but time consuming as there are many components that need to be put together. The instructions suggested "two panda partners" for set up, but only one panda was necessary to do the job...my husband. I offered my gracious assistance and he didn't need it so I sat with him and watched IG memes instead. Once you or your man-help set up the table you will not be disappointed! It is better quality than a lot of the cheaper furniture out there and good sturdy weight. The height is perfect and the we LOVE the LED light and USB ports for charging. There is a picture in the items description that shows where you can place your cell phone and the pic I took shows that it does not in fact fit, but that could be because we have a case on our phones. It does not matter for us as we easily place our phone on the tabletop. Overall it's great table and dope addition to our nerd space and if you are considering this go ahead and get it! ... show more

    • Bang for Buck furniture buy - Not bad, not perfect, but you wont regret buying.

As a $100 buy for furniture goes, it definitely reflects its price perfectly Quality: 3.5/5 - It arrives with a BIT of damage (some small corner chips, some of the edge not perfectly constructed). After constructing the entire thing, you do feel a bit of a wobble. The bottom of the drawers and back of the entire thing is made from hard cardboard, not wood. Especially on the 3 drawers with the cardboard bottom, you can feel the looseness of it since it is only slid in, not nailed. While not perfect, it gets the job done since the drawers are not too big so you can't really put anything that weights too much in them anyways. Will update if the cardboard bottom becomes a problem after long term use. Function: 5/5 - Likely the main reason you bought this item: hides the cords in a drawer so the nightstand top looks clean. This does this perfectly. Top moves smoothly, and the space between the top and the drawer provides adequate space for any cord. The 3 drawers move smoothly as well. The light works well, but highly recommend using phone to control the light, the default button options are limited but works. If you have other chinese products (like remote control lights, etc.) they will all be controlled by the same remote - turning or changing color on my wall lights causes the drawer to also turn on/off or change color. Installation: I worked by myself to put it together, with power tools and hand tools it took ~2hrs. Highly recommend to use a clean surface, elevated/table would make it easier, set all the pieces out with the numbers facing you. If you are organized, it is very easy to put together (imo) it definitely takes a bit of time, but I don't think it is as bad as the other reviews make it out to be. Put some music/podcast/show with a nice drink it is actually kinda therapeutic lol. Overall: 4/5 Highly recommend - I am guessing most people buying this are looking for 2 things: something functional that looks nice within a certain budget (<$100). This product does that. It sacrifices its quality to order to deliver a minimalistic, cord hiding, clean top night stand that has charging capability with acceptable drawer sliding feel, and all under $100. It does its job. and to people looking for these qualities and understand that they are sacrificing quality to get all the other things for this price, I don't think you will regret buying this. ... show more

Looks nice in pictures, but once assembled, this unit is not real sturdy. The Ikea type screws don't tighten all the way, leaving the drawer panels loose even though we tightened them as much as possible. There are no grooves on the sides or under the drawer to pull drawers open. The sides of the drawers extend less than 1/8" past the cabinet. I guess that's how you're supposed to open them. Not a good design. Bought handles from Home Depot and installed them to the fronts. This is not even made from wood. It's not even particle board. In drilling the holes for the handles, you would expect wood shavings to drop out, but instead, it was a very fine, dark brown powder. Not real wood at all. I do not recommend this item unless you are not concerned about quality and sturdiness. Pics show the sides of drawers where you're supposed to grasp to open. Mistakenly only bought two handles instead of three. Have to go back to get the third handle tomorrow. ... show more
