While you can tell right off this not a high-end piece of furniture, it is actually not bad at all, and definitely a bang for the buck. The description and the pictures represent the actual product pretty accurately (which I find being rarely the case, especially with vast majority of staged pictures out there), which alone to me is 100% worth 5 stars. If you do your "buyer's homework/due diligence" to read, see and understand what you are actually buying, you will end up with far less disappointments, returns' hassle etc. With that said, this was the one that my daughter "visually" picked, and I have to admit I was skeptical and tried to convince her otherwise, with is a lost cause by default. The assembly was pretty straight forward. Yes, somewhat many pieces like mentioned in other comments, but that is not necessarily a bad thing (if done right could mean sturdiness and thought thru design). The instructions are not as detailed, but enough to figure it if you have the slightest experience with these fabricated DIY furniture pieces' assemblies. Use of power screwdriver is highly recommended, unless you want to consider the exercise as a part of your hands workout. Make sure to use adequate torque setting, as these kinds of pieces can easily crack if overtightened (based on experience with many different products)!!! Once fully assembled, it looks (to me) surprisingly pleasing with its simplicity. Everything works as intended. It is not super sturdy (it is not intended to be a workshop table), but not flimsy either, more than enough for a girl's vanity usage. One possible "improvement area" feature that I noticed: the light bulbs have adjustable cord lengths between them. While this could be good option to customize set up, in this particular case, you have a fixed size mirror, that you are supposed to circumnavigate. Hence if the cord lengths were pre-set to the size of the mirror, it would save you the time to measure and adjust distances between the bulbs in order to spread them out and position symmetrically. I assume this is driven by the same lights' assembly being included in different products with different sizes, so it it a cost saving decision, which absolutely makes sense at the price point and respectively worth extra effort. ... show more

So first things first. All the reviews are correct. If you have a drill and do it by yourself, it’ll take you around 4 hours to build. But the directions are super clear. Product is really well put together. My drawers match up and close perfectly. The lights have 3 colors and when you hold down the switch it’ll change brightness. We’ll see how long the lights last because of the other reviews. But over all, super cute! I’m 5’7 and it’s tall enough while sitting down to do my makeup and long hair without issues. Without a doubt, buy it. Just plan on separating out the 1000 pieces by numbers and get to work lol ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So we just relocated 3 hours away from where I use to live and the move damaged my vanity that I have had for years, which is a Hollywood Swank collection vanity, in black. Gorgeous yes, but also VERY VERRRRRY HEAVY, being it’s made from Platinum! Sooo, I decided to leave it in my garage where I will likely be selling it off at a discount, or I’ll repair it and keep it for business purposes since I’m a makeup artist. As for THIS ONE, it was challenging to assemble! However if you have a handy man (my man is very handy) he will figure it out… or if you are handy, then it should be too much of a hassle. Here’s what I love.. (PROS) I love the light switch, it gives you three nicely lit options and the option to dim or brighten when holding the button down. It’s very delicate to press.. I also love the USB power option on the side, where I can either charge my phone or blow my hair etc.. or even install my ring right. The shelves on the left are NOT included but I bought them on Amazon and they go perfectly! And I also love how light it is, it’s not heavy and fits in small spaces. Didn’t take much room. Which is vital for me, being I have a desk in my room where my husband works from home along with our entertainment set up, so lots going on in here. What I DONT LIKE, is the bench it came with… I ended up removing the top padding and now use it as an end table.. cause I’m crafty like that. And it looks kinda nice actually! But if you need a chair, and you are petite, this might be fine for you.. (I’m NOT, I’m 5’5, big butt and curvy so I feel most comfortable on my own chair) the wood is nice! Good dense quality, not cheaply made.. but not high end quality either. I will say it’s durable and will do for the price. Good luck on your purchase beauty queens and divas! Don’t hesitate, it’s nice and will keep you ORGANIZED! Oh! Overall, the product is nice and sturdy. The assembly is involved and lengthy, but a good challenge for any DIY. The unit comes with well crafted pieces and pre-drilled holes for convenience. The instructions are ok and understandable. I would love to give a 5 star rating but I encountered some challenges during my assembly. It is vital to ensure that all parts are in the box and they match. I discovered that some parts have pre-drilled holes that are not aligned correctly. I have reached out to seller and hoping for a resolution with a replacement part. I will update review once resolved. I also attached images for reference. ... show more
