We received this product very quickly. Everything came unbroken and no missing parts. There is alot to put together but when it's all said in done this product is so beautiful and flawless. You need to make make sure you spend your time putting this together and do not rush through it because it takes patience and lots of attention to detail. My husband put this together in about 4 hours. The vanity is great quality if your on a budget and want to save money. I ordered the vanity that had the most drawers, it hold lots of make up and all the things you love. All the pieces are lightweight and not super heavy. I love this so much and very certain it will last for many years to come. I couldn't afford the more expensive vanity that I was wanting for so many years but this was a great alternative like I said before. LOVE LOVE LOVE this! Highly recommend buying this. I got this missing 3 back pieces to the 3 top drawers. The boards in the picture are number 20 and the build only requires 4. I received 7 of the number 20 boards and none of the 21 boards. You can clearly see it was put together aside from the drawers. I have reached out to the seller and received only one response asking if that was it. I have left multiple responses with pictures. Still nothing else on if they will help or not. A response is not complicated, they could ask for time or say they’re working on it, but I get nothing. It’s clear you shouldn’t buy this item because they clearly can’t pack boxes correctly. The seller is not motivated to remedy the issue. The item was very heavy and was a chore to put together. It looked nice and worked apart from the most important part being the top 3 drawers that you can see through the glass. I’m not sure if this will be remedied or not, I will wait and see. I just need 3 of the number 21 boards. It’s really not a big ask but right now if feels that I’m asking for the world right now. Very pretty vanity!! a little tedious to put together but with the help of another person you will finish in under 4 hours. Only problem was the mirror came broken, however, seller was able to send a replacement. It came in a day earlier than expected and was perfect!! The media could not be loaded. I love this vanity how it looks and the quality. Perfect size for my bedroom although I wish the drawers were a lot bigger. Only the top 3 are wide but not deep. Assembly took a long time because I did it alone, pretty much a whole days worth of work. I had to drill my own holes for the placement of the mirror to keep it from falling back or forward because with a lot of massed produced furniture there’s always defects. That was pretty much the only thing that I had an issue with. The instructions are pretty straight forward if you actually know how to read/count/follow instructions. If you don’t, pay someone to put this together because this was not for the weak. I rather clean my bathroom with my tongue than do that ever again. Good value for the amount I paid! i love love love the vanity its so cute and wider than i thought which was perfect, but never again will i be building a vanity, instructions were easy in my opinion nothing like the reviews said but it took forever to build since theres so many nails to drill and pieces, id recommend paying someone to do it, other than that i absolutely love it and would definitely recommend ESPECIALLY because of the price!! ... show more

This took my guy and I working together about 4-5 hours to put together. I did the base and frame and he did the drawers and then we assembled at the end. We are competent at building and have all the tools. There are a billion pieces and 33 steps, I had read the reviews and knew it was a long put together, but I’ll admit I was overwhelmed when I opened this project up. The finished pieces are pretty good, it doesn’t line up perfectly but it’s okay… until we got to the last step, the piece of glass that lays in the top. Unfortunately that tiny couple millimeters that didn’t line up mattered, because the glass was about 1.5 millimeters too big to fit in the slot. We had to take the top portion off, take off the desk top, unscrew everything and remove screws and dowels from the piece that wasn’t lining up. We then re-assembled without that piece, fit in the glass, and added the piece back and secured it ourselves without using their screws and dowels. There’s nothing like thinking you’re done with a monster project and then realizing you have to take it apart again! lol! As far as value goes, it is made of cheap mdf. Really just thick particle board with laminate overlay. It cracks a little when you screw into it. My daughter had her heart set on this style of vanity and saved her own money. I can’t wait for her to outgrow this and get her a good piece of antique furniture and refinish it. You could get a quality vintage piece for 300 bucks. But a slay station is what she wanted! You get what you pay for, but this should be $230 not $330 considering the cheap quality of the pieces and the difficulty of assembly. ... show more

I’ve been looking for a vanity for a while the price wasn’t right decided to check on Amazon and found this one read all the reviews and pictures and decided to get it took at least 4 hrs to finish it but it was worth it I love my vanity it has plenty of storage the brightness of the lights is great no missing parts is very sturdy I definitely recommend you to get it I got the 15 drawers one and I will be getting the 11 drawers one for my daughter i have seen it and it’s nice too ... show more
